We recently purchased a Leisure Travel Van Wonder RTB from Fretz. Our saleswoman was Mary Stevens. We met Mary at the 2023 Hershey RV Show, where we were doing research on purchasing an RV. Immediately Mary struck us as a warm, trustworthy and very knowledgeable RV salesperson. She took the time to learn about our interests, lifestyle and budget. Mary guided us through the many questions we had, not only answering them but also making important suggestions which ultimately led us to deciding on the model we selected. Because of supply chain issues and the meticulous manner in which this particular brand of RV is manufactured, we were told we would have to wait approximately 18 months for delivery. Mary stayed in contact with us throughout this entire time frame, answering all of our questions, ensuring that we were satisfied with our selections and updating us regularly. When the time came for delivery, Mary once again came through with flying colors. She provided us with a 3+ hour presentation, covering every aspect of the vehicle, answering questions and just providing us with an overall feeling of comfort as we began our ownership. Purchasing an item such as a luxury RV is a complex process, one that can create as much anxiety as it does joy. Mary was the perfect person to help us undertake such a big decision. Dealing with Mary, never did we feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. Each part of the process was met with support and clear communication. Mary assured us she would be with us every step of the way and beyond. And true to her word, on several occasions since our purchase, we have contacted Mary on her personal cell phone and each time responded within minutes to help us resolve our problem. We could not be more happy with our choice of RV, RV Dealership in Fretz RV and of course, with our fantastic saleswoman, Mary Stevens. We are looking forward to our continued relationship with Mary as we will be having all of our service needs taken care of at Fretz. We highly recommend Mary and Fretz RV!

Helped us pick our perfect trailer.made sure everything was working and ready when we came to pick it up

Justin was outstanding with his knowledge and professional help
is sales should have a bit more knownledge of the vehicle they are selling. The components of how everything works for example. Are there such things as classes for new owners at the dealer ship? If not maybe add that to your already awesome business. Thank you for everything.

Fretz is a very friendly and fair RV dealership. We had finally decided on a Leisure Travel motorhome, and they are the closest dealers to us (2.5 hours away). Jerry walked us through all of the models, answering all of our 1000 questions with humor and patience. Delivery day he spent 3 hours with us going over the systems. The whole closing was a fun experience. Highly recommend Jerry Gonzalez and Fretz RV!

looking for. We are from New Hampshire and found this unit on RV Trader. All of the dealings were done on line. Justin, our salesman was very helpful. We traded in a 11 year old toy hauler. They gave us a reasonable trade in,so we decided to make the deal. As I was driving to Fretz, with my trade, the highways were very rough! Halfway there, a slide motor ripped out of the wall, and the slide was coming out of the RV! Obviously I was responsible for the repairs when we got there. The owner and the service manager came up with a reasonable price for the repairs. So the sale happened! Everyone at Fretz was very nice! I would deal with them again, with no problem! Thank You Fretz RV!
pleasure. Lou was great on buyer representation during negotiations and got us into our dream RV that we didn’t think was possible. He was extremely quick to answer questions and really kept us very informed of each stage of the buying process. Thanks again Lou!
fast and complete. I am very happy.
Our sales associate, Mary Steven’s, was exceptional and remains on standby with all of our many questions. As newbies, this goes a long away! We would highly recommend FRETZ to anyone considering buying a new or used RV
Everyone was kind and helpful with the process of buying the new RV.
This is the second travel trailer we bought and had a great experience both times!

team. After owning four travel trailers we purchased our first 5th wheel from Fretz during a recent RV Show. Everyone involved in the sale was professional and made sure all concerns and questions were addressed. Lou was especially helpful during the walk through. He even drove to my home to help guide me when backing the new 5th wheel into the parking spot. Now that is service!
Our salesman, Joe was very knowledgeable and patient as we looked over several class B camper vans (more than once). Joe was extremely easy to work with and very professional. Brian, who takes care of the financial part, was also very personable and easy to work with. We had a small issue when we picked up the van which Joe addressed and had corrected immediately. I would recommend Joe Hooven and Fretz if you're in the market for an RV. We had a great experience. We also got our title documents from the dealership quickly..

Fretz. Great team to deal with. My salesman, Chris Stricker was very knowledgeable and took great care of me. He kept me informed of the progress of the build and answered all my questions at the walk thru. I also got a tour of the RV store with Henry. He was very knowledgeable about all the products. I had a great experience with Fretz.
professionals. They know their stuff and are incredibly customer service oriented. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a recreational vehicle.
Have problem with recently purchased coachman nova. Took back for service to check. After 5 hour wait was told a chassis problem go to dodge. Digital mirror cuts off, no power to hitch. The dodge dealers in this area, Elkton Md, "can't (wont) accomadate even though they are listed as "business link" Fretz service dept and sales manager, Eric, no help...not their problem. The unit had 600 miles on it, how did someone drive it for 600 miles and not know the mirror was messed up?

entire process from start to finish very informative and easy. Everyone at the dealer was very friendly and quick to assist in any way needed. We will definitely be using fretz rv for service and any other rv needs in the future!
Inventory of Class B RVs is impressive, as well as the inventory in their retail RV store. Overall experience was very positive.
accommodated our last minute request about removing and reinstalling our back up camera and made our experience a pleasant one. We again contacted Joe Hooven about the Winnebego we were looking at got things started and we are now happy customers again.
Your staff is very knowledgeable and took plenty of time getting to know what we wanted. And to our joy you had exactly what we were looking for.
was great to work with, everyone I meant/talk with were down to earth friendly, helpful.

Salesman Joe Hooven was courteous, knowledgeable and personable. Extremely easy to talk with. We would recommend Fretz RV and Joe Hooven.

detail how everything works. Trailer was ready to go and very clean inside.
So glad we decided to go with them.
Just over 1 month ago I purchased a used Class A motorcoach form them. I had to wait a week to pick it up so they could have their service techs go over it and make sure everything was in working order. After picking up the RV we found multiple problems with the RV from LG gauges not working, fans not working, the Converter not charging the Batteries, The Batteries them selves seem to be no good and won’t hold a charge, Etc. And worst of all the RV almost killed my family and I! We took the RV out for a quick trip up to Cabela’s and back. During the trip we hit a rough patch of road on 476. When we hit the rough road (at 70 mph) the dashboard started bouncing up and down and slamming down on the steering column. It was as if we were in a 9.0 earthquake. By the grace of God, I was able to regain control of the RV. I stopped by Fretz to explain what happened and was told to see their service department. I stopped in their service department with the list of issue I had found so far and told them about the Dashboard issue. The woman that I was referred to said that the dashboard issue would NOT be covered by the VERY expensive warrantee that I had purchased and said it would require a autobody technician or something to look at it. She suggested that I get some L brackets and try to secure the dashboard myself!!! Nearly 2 weeks later on the day of my appointment with service I called them to go over the issues and was pretty much told that most of the issue weren’t going to be covered. At that point I left a message for the service manager for him to call me so we could discuss what was going on. By the time he called me back later in the day (about 45 min before writing this review) I had cancelled the pointless appointment with their service department. When I spoke to the General Manager and explained a few of the issues and told him about the Dashboard issue that happened he basically told me that the dashboard is not something that they would have looked at or checked during the inspection!!!! I get that it wouldn’t have been something that would been easily caught but to give that kind of response to hearing that the vehicle they sold a customer almost KILLED THEM! I was so p!ss#d off after hearing that level of not giving a crap I ended up ending up hanging up. Personally, If I sold something that almost killed a family because of a major issue/defect I would care about it and not make excuses.
, our salesperson at Fretz, was great! Very quick to answer or find answers to our questions about our Winnebago Micro Minnie Flx. Each department's representatives were thorough, professional and helpful. Overall a wonderful experience.
He made such an effort to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Responded quickly to our needs. The service department was very slow to getting back to us. Once we were there Pete was courteous and kept us informed of the progress. One problem they fixed didn't take and I'm still waiting for them to contact me back. Overall I would highly recommend Fretz RV.

If you want to sign for a new camper and have the finance guy drop swear words in front of your family, contact Fretz RV.
— Dupes
Broken parts, dirty camper with other peoples belongings still in the camper delivered to me. Camper was never cleaned out by dealer. Found dog food, gel pens, nail clippers on floors. We were lied to. Sales just wanted to make the sale.
We bought a lightly used Jayco, the negotiations were fair and they were able to prep it with our requests without issue. The repair shop was also able to fit us in snd get our WDH set up quickly so we could get on the road with our new camper and saved our vacation!
— Rnlontz
Very professional and courteous. Mary Stevens was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.
service we received during our recent purchase of our Pleasure Way Lexor TS. Mark was extremely knowledgeable about the RV and really matched us up with the perfect vehicle. We are preparing for our first trip. Thanks to all at Fretz RV
footer. First of all I can see why you have been in business for 75 years. Congratulations!!! First of all Mary my sales Lady was wonderful. As busy as you are she took the time and went over EVERYTHING we needed to know. I am 71 years old and have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and have never dealt with a sales person as knowledgeable as Mary. She walked me through parts and got me everything i needed to start camping. Brian was very efficient with the closing of the loan and had just a great personality. It was like we new each other for years. Henry went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed for the delivery on Thursday. Mark took the time to show me everything on how to hook up what seemingly was a complicated hitch and set up the blue tooth on my phone. You should be very proud of your staff for the wonderful service they give. In todays world that is rare. Continue doing what you are doing and I hope you can celebrate 100yrs. Thank you again for everything and I look forward to meeting you the next time I come down. Sincerely Bob Gethard/James my son who took out the loan. P.S. Please, show this email to those involved.
The purchase process was easy and simple. No pressure. They suggested a few options to help reduce weight in the coach and we agreed. The delivery and pickup was easy and smooth. Our sales rep spent around 5 hours with us showing the systems. He gave us his cell phone number and helped us after hours to re-sync the key fobs while we were at a nearby campground
from here at FretzRv. The staff was very knowledgeable and understood our needs and were patient with all our questions. We are very happy with our purchase.
ensuring that we were completely satisfied with our purchase.
Luke Wilson. There was a long wait in getting our LTV which was no fault of Fretz, but Luke was very good at keeping us updated along the way. It was wonderful meeting him in person the day we picked up our vehicle. He was friendly and professional and showed us all the bells and whistles. A wonderful experience. I would recommend this dealership.

The 4 transactions with Fretz were seamless and stress free. Their staff, Mary, Brian, Pete, Gary and a few names I can't remember are very laid back and easy going. I don't think I could have been moor satisfied. Steve K. PS: Hi Mary, we love our new rig!
happier. We recently we getting ready for a big trip to Florida and realized we had a propane leak! We called Fretz RV and their service team got us in quickly. Turns out we had a critter chewed a propane line which could have been dangerous. Thankfully we were back on the road and headed on our way.

!! The sales people will say anything to get you to buy and once you do decide to purchase an rv you are considered on the hook and you will be put in a long cue while the sales team tries to get other people to commit to an sale before finalizing your sale! A side note is they mark up all used rv 30k just to help you know! Please plan to spend the whole day there as a buyer. Just a major heads up, once you purchase an rv then the real fun begins if you actually need service.they will NOT keep you updated about your rv in any way, shape or form! communication is not in their vocabulary! I and many other consider it a black whole as they will get you in for service and tell you it will be 2 weeks. what they fail to say is the 2 weeks is just to figure out what is wrong. you will need to pickup and reschedule once they get parts and then they will have you bring back. then they will give you a pickup date that is always off by a min of 2 weeks. hopefully its not entering winter month as this will incur an additional $150 winterizing charge even though it was their delay. In conclusion they know they are the only game in town and could careless if you are upset or not as they can afford too not care if your a happy customer. I write this as someone who has dealt with them for a few years and wanted to at least give a heads up to future purchasers so they actually are aware of how they do business.
with everyone we dealt with at Fretz, especial Luke Wilson. Everyone made choosing, buying and learning about our new Winnebago Solis a pleasure. In addition their inventory was so much more than anyone could want.

excellent service department. I highly recommend Fretzrv.com, & have bought numerous Rv's there.
— Gordon
staff was both friendly and professional. Pricing and trade-in offers are fair. Pete Polloni is a great salesman and Brian in the finance department made the paperwork a breeze. If you are looking for a new or used RV, I recommend visiting Fretz RV.
— Mel W
interested in. The price seemed reasonable so we made an appointment and went to see it. A long drive for us. Luke was there waiting and spent 2 hours with us. We made a deposit and set a date about a week away to pick it up. Pick up was smooth although one item wasn't repaired as promised and we were unable to test the macerating pump on black water as no RV dump was available. The RV was detailed well. Once again Luke spent ample time with us and answered all our questions. Brian the final paperwork person doesn't answer emails and just wanted to complete the transaction as fast as possible. We have taken the RV camping and so far it is meeting our expectations. Lisa sent us the title paperwork and everything went smoothly with NYSDMV,

and they'll tell you what they think you want to hear and when you point out that the answer doesn't make any sense or you know it's not true they just give you a runaround. The general manager Eric is a pompous arrogant xxx and tries to bully people. The owner Steve just doesn't care as long as he gets his money. BUT - the service guys are great! Very conscience and professional and friendly. I won't buy another RV from Fretz but if I need service I'll take my RV there.
their website. The salesman stated it was still out, but we could see the twin, we loved it and agreed we wanted to purchase it. From there everything went downhill. There was virtually no communication unless I constantly called or emailed. I finally was able to get a purchase agreement, then we waited and waited, with no communication only to finally find out in August that the unit was available 2 weeks prior. So we got there and no one except the service man dealt with us personally. We paid and signed the paperwork. The manuels were missing along with a second set of keys and a screen in the window. When I made a review on BBB the owner then called, but we still have not received the screen for the window only the manuels. I contacted him about the screen, and I got "Oh I forgot" We felt like second class citizens because we bought a used unit. Would never go there again!
to purchase, we came across the Thor that Fretz RV had for sale. We did drive the nearly two hours to the dealership to have an in person look. The unit was a consignment sale so it was in as is condition. My wife and I did like it and decided to purchase the unit but there were some issues that needed to be fixed or we weren't interested The salesman Luke, assured us they could defiantly make the repairs and provided a date for the next week for pick up. Although short handed like most all repair shops are, they did manage to deliver the unit for pickup and we purchased the unit. Although it was not a brand he was familiar with since they don't sell that brand new, he was very helpful in explaining the features and things to keep an eye on. The dealer also offered a one time 15% discount for purchases that day and a 10% after that. We did take advantage since we already had a list of things we wanted sine when we sold our older one we gave everything we had with it. The parts store guy was extremely helpful since he also had a camper and suggested things even we didn't consider. I would defiantly recommend Fretz RV for anyone who was interested in purchasing from them.
