The general manager Eric is a pompous arrogant xxx and tries to bully people. The owner Steve just doesn't care as long as he gets his money. BUT - the service guys are great! Very conscience and professional and friendly. I won't buy another RV from Fretz but if I need service I'll take my RV there.
