looking for. We are from New Hampshire and found this unit on RV Trader. All of the dealings were done on line. Justin, our salesman was very helpful. We traded in a 11 year old toy hauler. They gave us a reasonable trade in,so we decided to make the deal. As I was driving to Fretz, with my trade, the highways were very rough! Halfway there, a slide motor ripped out of the wall, and the slide was coming out of the RV! Obviously I was responsible for the repairs when we got there. The owner and the service manager came up with a reasonable price for the repairs. So the sale happened! Everyone at Fretz was very nice! I would deal with them again, with no problem!
