There was virtually no communication unless I constantly called or emailed. I finally was able to get a purchase agreement, then we waited and waited, with no communication only to finally find out in August that the unit was available 2 weeks prior. So we got there and no one except the service man dealt with us personally. We paid and signed the paperwork. The manuels were missing along with a second set of keys and a screen in the window. When I made a review on BBB the owner then called, but we still have not received the screen for the window only the manuels. I contacted him about the screen, and I got "Oh I forgot" We felt like second class citizens because we bought a used unit. Would never go there again!
