Dealers cannot pay us to change anything you see here.

Most places you read dealer reviews are paid by the dealers being reviewed. Marketplaces sell dealers their listings. Review sites sell dealers "certified" badges and tools to bury bad press. We think that's backwards, and it's why this site exists.

Here is what no dealer can buy on Dealers Reviews — at any price:

• Placement. Rankings come from reviews, never from payments. There are no sponsored positions in any list.
• Badges. Verified badges are earned by documents we check, never sold.
• Review removal. A review comes down only if it breaks our posting rules — and removals leave a public record of when and why.
• Rating changes. Averages are computed from published reviews. Nobody can edit a number by hand, including us.
• Early access. Dealers see a new review when you do, not before.

What CAN dealers do? Claim their profile, respond publicly to reviews, keep their business details current, and dispute a review with evidence — all free, forever. If we ever sell dealers anything, it will be presentation and analytics only, it will be clearly labeled, and it will never touch what reviewers wrote or how dealers rank.
