joy of a new vehicle ended.It too way too long to get my permanent plates and after multiples calls. I got my plates on the day my temp plate expired only to find out they weren’t registered to me. It took another week for the plate to finally be under my name. The dealership didn’t even bother calling back or anything.

They ordered a part, ‘lost’ it for a year, then the rude parts manager told me to come back for another diagnosis—like they couldn’t check their own notes! Staff snapped at me, sales said ‘drive it more,’ and they ghosted me when I showed proof, even telling Subaru of America I’m the issue. CAG’s a rude, incompetent mess—avoid this "dealer".

This dealership has created a great community with the complimentary coffee shop, cafe, kid's area, and dog park. Our salesman, Fuego, was low-pressure, knowledgable, and helpful. We really love all of the perks that Austin Subaru offers (full engine, transmission, and power train warranty for the ENTIRE TIME YOU HAVE THE VEHICLE). Pricing and negotiation were fair. Shelby Rae was also great when discussing ads-ons. I have already recommended this dealership to other friends looking for a new car. Thank you!

I love that I was able to come back a couple of weeks later and have all the features explained to me again. It’s too much to remember on day 1! I just had my first oil change and service, and the experience has only gotten better. I was able to bring my laptop and work with complimentary snacks in the quiet room. It barely interrupted my day at all. I have always felt uncomfortable at dealerships and feel like most of them are ripping you off. My opinion has completely turned around with my first Subaru and my experiences at Austin Subaru. I am definitely a convert and recommend them to everyone I know.

"We have some money left in our advertising budget, we can get you a deal with that surplus." "Your payment will only be $250 per month for 6 years... add the maintenance package and you won't even notice the extra cost over 72 months... less than a few trips to Starbucks." "We have to charge you for the nitrogen in your tires, it's much better than air." I worked for a car dealer several years ago, quit after two weeks, the tactics were disgusting. Not saying they're all like that, but.... Austin Subaru is nothing like what you might expect from a stereotypical car dealer. I found a car that I really liked, and decided to give it a shot. Met with Steve Carter, no hassle, no pressure, I knew the price was fair when I walked in, he did even better than that, and everything was communicated up front, no hidden agendas. Paperwork was a breeze, vehicle was spotless when I teste drove, and they washed it again when I went back to buy it. Awesome dealership... comfortable, easy going place. Whole process from start to finish was so smooth, my faith was restored. At least here... I'll be returning when it's time to buy another.

first time, when we purchased my new Crosstrek, we were warmly greeted. We were there because one of my fog lights had gone out. It was on Halloween and the dealership had a festive attitude with some employees dressed up for the occasion. While we were waiting for my car to be repaired, we had the opportunity to visit with one of the managers, Lucas, both Product and Credit Specialist, Fouad Kassem, and Daniel Elalouf. They came by to say hi and asked if we needed any assistance. It is nice knowing that you, the customer, are appreciated for purchasing a vehicle from them.

I'm impressed on how all the Subaru personnel work together for the each customer. As I sit in the waiting room which by the way is equipped with snacks, coffee, espresso made to order, I notice all the interactions between the dealer associates and the customers. Each associate interacts with their customer by providing them with status on their vehicle. In my case Adriana was/is my contact and she provided me with most up to date information on my 21-point inspection and let me know when my vehicle was ready . Thank you, Adriana!!

The customer lounge is upscale-- coffee/sodas, sparkling water, juice/snack food and comfortable seating. Was 105 degrees outside, and lounge was kept cool. Best car dealership I have ever dealt with. So good, in fact that although I have driven Rav4's for 27 years, I changed over to Subaru Forester due to dealership being much better. Customer care is not a buzz word there!!

When we first met Mr. Christian Page at Austin Subaru back in late February 2023, he was very professional, friendly, provided great customer service and most of all was very knowledgeable of the particular SUV Maria and I were looking for (Subaru CrossTrek Limited - Tier 33). I was greeted by the Sales Manager Eddie Hummel as soon as I walked in, and he got someone to help me. The receptionist's were exceptionally nice as was the barista who served me Iced Lattes. Brandon and Eddie worked hard to get the best deal for me, and the Finance Manager, Dean Royal stayed late and worked with me to get my car leased. I came back the next day to a sparkling car, and because Brandon had to leave early, Clayton Lajuanie, took me through all systems of my 2023 Forester Limited and answered questions. Hawaii and needed to service our Lil Beast. From Service Check-In to the service manager Joseph Martinez, everyone provided absolutely beyond amazing Service, felt like royalty. The BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET!

Though we live only a few miles from a dealership in Schertz, TX, this was well worth the trip to Austin. All along the way, interviews were held to know and understand our needs and wants. Our agent, Jade, was astounding in her tenacity to serve us. From the initial call, to her emails where she customized short videos for us while dodging rain drops, (YES! SHE DID IT IN THE RAIN!), to her focusing on speaking to my wife all along the way highlighting features that Jade knew would matter to her, Jade was the consummate professional. Jade worked to provide us with stellar service whether on her way home, while at home, and even on her day off! We felt totally valued and the customer care we received from her continued as we dealt with others at the dealership. THIS PLACE IS HAPPENING! Our final professional was the finance person who went by "Bulldog." She lived up to her nickname as she sought to make sure we totally understood the entire lease process. She LISTENED to us. NOT ONCE did we feel we were being "sold" as much as being served. WHAT A GREAT FEELING! We leased the exact vehicle my bride desired. We paid more than we ultimately expected, but to be totally fair, it was only more due to OUR adding on extras WE found value in for ourselves after Bulldog shared the features and benefits of them. In retrospect, the other dealership, though we we liked the salesman, was dead! he was the only person who tried. His support folks in the background let him down, They had their "add-on package" already added in to the price hoping we would simply accept it. They all were VERY underwhelming...
