Though we live only a few miles from a dealership in Schertz, TX, this was well worth the trip to Austin. All along the way, interviews were held to know and understand our needs and wants. Our agent, Jade, was astounding in her tenacity to serve us. From the initial call, to her emails where she customized short videos for us while dodging rain drops, (YES! SHE DID IT IN THE RAIN!), to her focusing on speaking to my wife all along the way highlighting features that Jade knew would matter to her, Jade was the consummate professional. Jade worked to provide us with stellar service whether on her way home, while at home, and even on her day off! We felt totally valued and the customer care we received from her continued as we dealt with others at the dealership. THIS PLACE IS HAPPENING! Our final professional was the finance person who went by "Bulldog." She lived up to her nickname as she sought to make sure we totally understood the entire lease process. She LISTENED to us. NOT ONCE did we feel we were being "sold" as much as being served. WHAT A GREAT FEELING! We leased the exact vehicle my bride desired. We paid more than we ultimately expected, but to be totally fair, it was only more due to OUR adding on extras WE found value in for ourselves after Bulldog shared the features and benefits of them. In retrospect, the other dealership, though we we liked the salesman, was dead! he was the only person who tried. His support folks in the background let him down, They had their "add-on package" already added in to the price hoping we would simply accept it. They all were VERY underwhelming...
