Northside lexus service has gone down significantly. The dealership used to be great in 2018 and is horrible now. Poor customer awareness and has no value for their time. Only expect to take money from customers.

We did not finance the vehicle, but the finance gentleman was not overly pushy about the add-on insurances. The two tech guys communicated on our level. The complete process was easier than I expected. There was a small issue with lack of response to a text and a voicemail over a two day period. But we did receive a call back after the second voicemail on the third day. I would recommend Northside to my friends.
