Brian Harris BMWBrian Harris. It was so convenient about a couple of years ago. My Rear end Differential needed Repair. so I called for an Appointment, that was the EASY part, what was the DIFFICULTY is Trying to get a Loaner car or transportation back within a (10) mile radius or to whatever destination. Good thing I have an Extended Warranty in which paid for my Repair and a Rental Car. Now my Service Advisor Ms Nathalie King was an Angel. She spoke with the mechanic to see if I could return on the day in which a Loaner could be given , in which it couldn’t, so she called for Clearance on the Warranty Repair and got me a Rental to return home until my car would be repaired. A problem solver INDEED.

Hebert Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ramfinancing department, went in for oil change on a 2020 Jeep Wrangler and walked out with a 2025 Jeep Gladiator Nighthawk! Very satisfied! I love it!👍
