We could not be more pleased with Paul M (sales) as he interface with us and was extremely patient with our weak internet service as we waited for recovery from the storm. He's dishonest. I was overcharged for work only a dealership could do... I called in and requested a service quote to flash the computer on my vehicle ($160)... I had my vehicle towed from one shop to Honda of Covington... When they received my vehicle everything changed... Jacob Caraway was the most ridiculous service advisor I have ever dealt with... Instead of advising he's more concerned with what work the other shop did to the vehicle (which I had explained to him before my vehicle was towed in), he also charged me a $200 upcharge because the other shop did work to my vehicle (it cost because we have to go behind someone else)... All I needed was the computer flashed (only a dealership can do this)... He started the other shop did a good job on my vehicle but I still have to pay the $200... No other shop could flash the computer except for a dealership... I would never deal with Honda of Covington for service nor purchase and I have made several purchases from this dealership and I still own one car that I've purchased from them...

He gave us his opinion about the cars and he was honest and I felt like he was genuinely trying to get us the best deal. I would definitely work with Matt in the future.
