Now they try to nickel and dime you to death. Add ons at end were very frustrating and never talked about in advance (nitrogen in tires, theft insurance). Was ready to walk away and they dropped add ons that I didn’t want or need. Ordered front license holder and all weather mats…..wanted to charge me to install (should have been installed before I picked up vehicle). Trade value was reduced every time I talked about price. I did business with Sango from prior dealings….will not be back. Could have gotten same deal (no discount) locally in Monroe with a higher trade-in. I was just frustrated and Sango had the vehicle I wanted. Very disappointed in “service” overall. Lori was fine to work with.

I contacted some other dealerships over the phone, even visited a few in person, and all of them tried to sell me vehicles over my budget, so I left irritated. Even though I live almost an hour away, I decided to give Sango a call, and my husband and I could not have been more pleased with our experience! To make it even better, the service after the sale at Sango is top notch!

truck. I am not sure what is the right paperwork to trade vehicles but surly something was done or not done wrong I should not be getting payment due from Stellantis FS on 2020 Chevrolet traded in for 2024 Toyota truck

and then at final sale the price was increased $2000! I had already talked with saleswoman and GM. Then they talked to finance manager. Wow! How frustrating to have to say I was leaving because they had changed it! I don't do business like that. It was ALL WRITTEN on paper just like it was 3 years ago. and y'all tried to do the same sleezy salesmanship then. I had really hope the new owner or manager had changed this kind of tactics. Yes, he did get the price back to correct place, but then increased my TTT by $500. Disrespectful, in my opinion. Not sure I'll go back to Sango. Lots of other places to buy vehicles. Hopefully, I can find one that is trustworthy in more 3 years.
