This dealership is two hours away, so I called Saturday morning to make sure they still had the vehicle before I attempted to make the drive. Dan assured me they still had the vehicle, and so we made an appointment to go see it. When I arrived, they told me they no longer had the vehicle, it was sold Friday night (the night before I called). They did apologize for what seemed to be a system error. Obviously, I was very disappointed, driving myself, my wife, and three kids to look at a vehicle that I was told was there but had already been sold. As I was leaving, Dan asked if he could provide me a gas card for my trouble. I thought this was a nice gesture given their mistake. Sadly, he came back and said, "Can I mail it to you?" This was adding insult to injury at this point. As I rolled up my window, I said to my wife and kids, "Don't hold your breath that we will ever see that gas card." I waited a few weeks to see if Dan and Andy Mohr Volkswagen would redeem themselves. Surprise, surprise, no gas card ever arrived. I would avoid this dealership if I were you.

He was so honest and accommodating (unlike sales people I've encountered over the years). I told Tyler I only had an hour to make a deal on the car I spotted on their website and we were able to come to an agreement in less than that time. I was prepared to walk if we couldn't come to an agreement, but I was thrilled we did. I had bought a GTI from another dealer (I bought it in another city back when I worked far from Avon) but had it serviced at Andy Mohr when I started a job nearby. I also give top marks to their service department.

The first car, supposedly a certified pre-owned vehicle, exhibited engine issues shortly after the purchase, leaving my family stranded during a drive—an alarming situation that should never happen. When I later discovered that numerous codes had been cleared from the vehicle without my knowledge, it became clear that the dealership was not transparent about the car's condition. My second vehicle was equally disappointing, revealing $2,000 worth of hidden damage that the Carfax report failed to disclose. Since bringing these issues to their attention, the dealership has ceased all communication, leaving me feeling trapped and frustrated. I urge everyone to think twice before making a purchase at Andy Mohr Volkswagen. Protect yourself and your investment—do your research and consider other options before stepping foot in this dealership.

I brought my 2013 VW Passat TDI in for repairs for a fuel leak. Two weeks later my car nearly caught fire because of the leak that was supposed to be repaired. They never call you back. They do not care about you after taking your money for an expensive repair. Get your repair done elsewhere.

the time because of how great an experience I have had. I took my car in for servicing and this is not one of them. I have tried to work with the dealership to resolve the issues but ultimately I am left very unsatisfied. I will start with the good and the bad, and then end with a summary of my experience. The Good: I was given a loaner the two times I brought my car in. The service advisors were both nice (Dustin and Kevin). They also both took a few dollars off the final service fee. The Bad: I had to bring my car in twice as my car was literally worse after taking it in the first time. And it still wasn't running well the second time with new problems emerging that weren't there prior to bringing it in. I was going to be charged for a water pump replacement that was under warranty. I clearly outline an issue that developed after they finished working on my car that they couldn't replicate and yet it was very obvious. Summary of Experience: I brought my VW GTI in since the check engine light was on and I needed my front wheel bearings replaced. They quoted me a price for the wheel bearings that was much higher than the cost for the bearings on their own website. I was told that those bearings were old and that the new ones are more expensive. Frustrating, but fine. Regarding the check engine light, i was told that they needed to do "experimental surgery" as they couldn't figure out what the problem was but had a feeling it was X (i don't remember what they said but I am not a car enthusiast and have to rely on their expertise). Of course I'm going to be charged for this. I said no and would take it somewhere else. I was also told I should get my water pump replaced and it was going to cost upwards of 2k. When I told them that it was under warranty, they THEN said they would take care of it then. But what if I didn't know? I came back after it was done and my car was immediately running worse. It was making a clicking sound when I turned the steering wheel and the car was not running smoothly (as it was before). I called the dealership and they indicated it was because of the issue above. When I mentioned that the car is running worse now, they essentially said it was because of the issue above, not acknowledging at all that they could have done something. So i took it in again. They told me it would be 4 hours to address the issue. They also said they would look at the clicking sound, but again they did not acknowledge they did something (as that sound was not ever there before). They even indicated it could be because it is cold or that I have 80k miles on my car. So they get into my car and NOW the issue is that my spark plugs need replacing. Something they didn't see before?? So they replace them and my check engine light is gone. But they could not replicate the clicking sound. So i come to pick it up and ofcourse immediately the car is clicking when i turn the steering wheel. I show the advisor and he hears it. He said that they will look at it and not charge me to look at it, but no guarantees that they will pay for it unless it is related to the previous work they did (which is doubtful). I said I'll think about it. A week later my check engine light comes back on. I'm done. I am going on a long car trip and I have to rent a car because I don't trust what they did to it. Very frustrated. I tried to work with both service advisors but felt like they were never really hearing me and not admitting to anything that they could have done.

hours on end trying to negotiate a fair price. Paperwork was finished relatively quickly and I was out in a few hours from test drive to purchase. Appreciate the professionalism and no nonsense handling, especially as an out of state purchaser. I’d recommend buying from here if I was asked.

The service included an oil change and all that goes with it. I only had to wait about an hour and 1/2. The dealership is always is very helpful in explaining the results. We have purchased 4 Vehicles from Andy Mohr, Mike the sales Manager is a great person to work with also' We will return for Service for our 2 VW'S , for additiona purchases of New Vehicles in the future.

center Last week I received a call that my vehicle had a recall. I said I wanted to schedule that and also get an inspection that I am overdue for. She offered me 8:30 on a Thursday. I said I couldn't do that because I work at 8. She said that I could bring my car in between 7 and 7:30 and there is a shuttle that would bring me home, despite living in Brownsburg. When I showed up today, the service center doesn't even open until 7:30 and the only person working said the earliest I'd be able to get a shuttle would be 8:30. Despite me explaining what I'd been told, he felt like reminding me multiple times that my appointment wasn't supposed to be until 8:30. While I understand that he claimed to be the only one there (even though I saw several service employees walking around) and thus couldn't drive me home, he refused to even reschedule the appointment for me, saying he doesn't do that, I have to wait for the other employee to call me back for scheduling. So, I woke up an hour early and drove there only to be turned away without even a rescheduled appointment. As I was driving home, I remembered why I am so overdue for the inspection. It is because last time I made an appointment for it and showed up, the exact same guy told me it would be a 4 hour wait despite me having an appointment. I refused to wait 4 hours to get a car inspection and he was so rude about it I never rescheduled. I will not be back and I will be complaining to the leadership team. Do not go for service at Andy Mohr Volkswagen unless you have a lot of free time that you don't mind them wasting. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I have not visited this dealership. They are eager to get your phone number and get you into the showroom, which caused them to miss answering basic questions about the vehicle I was interested in. They had a good inventory, but if it is hard to get answers before I buy a car, what would it be like after?

The service rep was kind and courteous and kept me updated throughout the duration of my vehicle’s servicing. I also was not told anything bogus about my vehicle needing other services that were unnecessary.

We were not there all day and the MOST important thing is, they respect us. They don’t make you feel like you don’t belong. I’ll probably buy all my vehicles here. Professional is the best here!

have terrible customer service and service dept. They will send you email after email that your vehicle needs service, but when you set up the service and show up for the service appointment (which is free as part of your purchase agreement), they will tell you that actually you have x amount of miles left so this won't be a free service since you actually didn't need service yet. What a racket - so dishonest!!!

into my Cross Sport this morning and I have an airbag error light come on. The service manual advises to take to the dealership immediately. I do so and because of a busy schedule I have today I request a loaner. Service advisor David Patterson became rude and condescending advising there are no loaners available and most dealerships would just turn you away on a Saturday morning. If I am not mistaken there are over 300 cars on this parking lot. I am sick and tired of these dealerships doing what they can to make a sale; allowing overnight test drives and then when you need a vehicle to drive magically they don't have a car available. I like my Cross Sport but if this level of service continues this will be my last Volkswagen purchase!!

2 days ago-Edit If there was a -5 stars, I would apply that rating here. I purchased a vehicle form them in October and here it is February and NO title, registration, or any concomitant paperwork. The dealer-issued temp tag is long expired so essentially I purchased a vehicle that I cannot utilize. The dealer blames their title company, the title company blames the Pennsylvania BMV, and the BMV does not have any knowledge of said vehicle. I try to be understanding (pandemic and all) but this is unacceptable.

We had to fight just to get them to change a headlight bulb that was burned out, but they refused to have a tech check why the marker lights were loose. We were to pick the car up the next day and Ryan agreed that we wait to sign papers at that time and refused us leaving a deposit. We got a call the next day from salesman stating that the sales manager for that day, Shawn, would not honor the deal. I had to leave work and go to the dealership and insist on speaking to Shawn and raise xxxx to get him to honor the original agreement. The poor salesman kept apologizing that everything was his fault but it was obvious that sales manager Shawn was the person at fault! They didn’t care that the headlight was out the side marker lights were loose and coming out. This was one of the worst experiences we’ve had with a dealership and we will not purchase from Andy Mohr again, nor will we recommend them!
