I started the order online from two states away, Mitch followed up over text with a purchase sheet. Vehicle and purchase sheet were exactly as described online when I arrived in person. Mitch even threw some new mats in the car for me. There was no discussion of extra fees, or extra services I didn't need. Everything was straight to the point and no pressure at all. During our explanation of the vehicle i noticed a little trim panel had a crack and Mitch got a new one shipped to my house for me to replace myself, really going above and beyond what I expected. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, but when there was something he wasn't knowledgeable about he knew how to find the answer using guides on his phone or asking other employees. I live in Florida and the dealership was able to get the title and information sorted through the Florida DMV even being in Indiana. I love my Miata and even though it would be quite the trek I'll definitely be stopping in to take advantage of my free oil change, if only so I can thank the team at ODaniel once again for their excellent service.

I have had mine since 2018 and my mom bought hers because she loved mine so much. Jeff was a pleasure to work with. Very professional, personable, approachable, knew all the answers to our 1000 questions - was never annoyed with them once, AND WAS NOTTTT PUSHY!! There is nothing worse than a pushy sales person and he is 100% the complete opposite. He was very thorough in his explanations with every step. He gave us space when we needed it. He also helped get the most money out of our car we traded in. 10/10 would recommend a Mazda to ANYONE and Jeff to sell it to them.

Made contact with Matt after a service visit. We talked about updating from my then 2017. We discussed possible options and was shown a couple of CX-5's to consider. No pressure was made to make an immediate purchase. Before making a purchase, I called with other questions and he was timely, professional and courteous with responses. He goes above and beyond at his job in making sure you feel comfortable. When I first arrived, one of the questions that I had about the vehicle was if there was rust on the underbelly of the suv. This amazing human instantly got on his hands and knees to take pictures of the car. He had no idea I had a central nervous system disability that would prevent me from checking for myself. Since I was at the dealership by myself, he offered to drive the car to my home for me! I can only speak highly of him. He is genuine and kind. Hopefully the powers that be give him a raise or promote him to manager soon. I have never had a better experience at a car dealership before. Highly recommend to all.
