they have no respect for customers. scott recommends trial and error, he doesn't know what he is about. he doesn't qualify to be a service manager to be honest. very rude guy. when you are not satisfied as a customer he tells you to get the ''xxxx out of here'' it's such a shame to deal with such a horrible manager.

To call a customer and yell at them because you marked the vehicle at the wrong price. Honestly, I would not recommend them for anything, not a car purchase or a service. They lie about services you need. They put the ceramic coating on before cleaning it and do the coating over big guts and don’t even wash it first. Tonya in parts said I typed up a paper for a free cup for the inconvenience, cuz that’s ok. NOT! Like ma’am no, and how it was on your letterhead. You should be fired for speaking to customers and your fellow employees the way you do. They push you from one person to the next. They don’t care if you are a valued customer of that location for 18 plus years. They want your money and to lie about this needing fixed. DON’T WALK, BUT PLEASE RUN FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They are unfair on trade ins. Told my aunt she needed breaks and she didn’t. Not to mention there is now a deep scratch on the bumper I can’t prove happened either. But I walk around my car daily and it was not there when I dropped it off and it’s a brand new 2025 CRV.

I HIGHLY recommend contacting Asel if you’re in the market for a car. We will always ask for her. She keeps her word! I gave Scott Clark a 4 star bc of the time it takes. That’s the only reason. We will shop there again….with Asel of course!!!

Honda. I’ve bought 2 cars from there in the past and they were great, never had any issues with them. I took my son back there the past weekend to get another car due to his car being totaled in an accident. We worked with Jay Riascos (sales rep) and DaVaughn (finance rep) and they were awesome!! They were able to get my son in a 2025 Honda with NO money down. They were very friendly, polite and professional. When I arrived, he had 3 cars ready for me to test drive, exactly in my price range and within the payment I was comfortable paying. Jay was honest and did exactly what he promised to do. Of course the Honda stands up to its reputation. However, I would never recommend this dealership to anyone for new purchase. My service technician has been very pleasant in her delivery of charges for service fees when diagnosing 'factory' malfunctioning issues. Is it also the norm to not provide loaners...you need the vehicle for 4 hours?? I don't know if it's the norm, but if it is, I'd rather wait with a dealership that's more accommodating!!

If not for Asel we would have gone elsewhere
