He was warm, open, clear, professional, and responded to my questions promptly and efficiently and personably. I enjoyed meeting him and working with him as I pondered my situation and choices. He made the ‘dreaded’ car shopping experience an enjoyable one! I appreciated his approach to me, and his work to help me find a good option. I cannot rate Abdul highly enough! I also want to give kudos to Leo, the financial person who helped me navigate through all the paperwork in an efficient manner. He, too, was very personable, caring, open, and answered all my questions. He made the paperwork part of the process a real breeze.! I can rate Leo very high as well!
