Generally I don’t leave reviews, however his service was phenomenal, enough for me to leave this review.. He went ii to depth and educated me on needs of tire rotation and filter replacement.

service department told me while getting an inspection that my passenger side mirror was slightly cracked and removed the mirror damaging it more and then told me it was an aftermarket mirror and they could not replace it and still charged me for the inspection and I had to take it somewhere else to get inspected.

The salesperson Tayler provided excellent and concise information and was very courteous. We amicably came to an agreement on pricing with no unnecessary delays. It was straightforward - completing the purchase was a pleasure. The salesperson Tayler clearly explained the process and addressed the necessary steps to expedite the purchase and was friendly and professional.

I test frozen three cars and everything was explained clearly.

Then I started to go to Riverhead for my routine service and other service that I needed on my car. The service department was always wonderful. As my car got older my friends said you know you don't have to take your car there as it isn't covered. Told them the only place I will go for service is Riverhead. Fast forward time to update to a 2025 Forester won't go any other place. As a senior citizen I have never leased a car but wanted to and Tayler was so helpful and explained everything to me. Also answered any questions I had about the car and the financing. All I can say from the many years I have been going to Riverhead Subaru from the folks that greet you to the service and sales dept. I would never go anywhere else and highly recommend them to anyone what wants peace of mind.

He listened to what we wanted and worked out a great deal on our trade in and the price for our new Forester. We had a deal within an hour! In past experiences with purchasing a new car were very painful (hours long) in terms of pressure,etc. However, that is NOT the case with our experience at this dealership. It was more of relaxed environment. We met with Kelly mid December 2023, He showed us a couple of new vehicles and we made the choice to go with the 2024 Outback Premium after test drive. He took care of everything, financing, insurance,etc. Professinal is an understatement. have had only minor complaints like things missing from vehicle. I think that for 2 ($110.00 x 2 =$220) in parts/rear shocks and a $600.00 labor fee is over the top. No dealership that I know of on LI would charge that rate. I waited an extra hour for the parts to arrive from a local auto retailer. Had the previous service person when I had the inspection done specified that I had to pay upfront for the parts so that they would be ready on the day of install I could have saved time & money! Would you give a better rating ???
