took a ride to Riverhead Bay Subaru. In past experiences with purchasing a new car were very painful (hours long) in terms of pressure,etc. However, that is NOT the case with our experience at this dealership. It was more of relaxed environment. We met with Kelly mid December 2023, He showed us a couple of new vehicles and we made the choice to go with the 2024 Outback Premium after test drive. He took care of everything, financing, insurance,etc. Professinal is an understatement.
