have had only minor complaints like things missing from vehicle. I think that for 2 ($110.00 x 2 =$220) in parts/rear shocks and a $600.00 labor fee is over the top. No dealership that I know of on LI would charge that rate. I waited an extra hour for the parts to arrive from a local auto retailer. Had the previous service person when I had the inspection done specified that I had to pay upfront for the parts so that they would be ready on the day of install I could have saved time & money! Would you give a better rating ???
