BOSSIER. Sat down to do paperwork, signed a document saying they would run a credit check. The salesperson said my manager says he will run you credit check if you agree to this down payment and this monthly payment. I said no I just signed a document stating you could run my credit, she replied we don't want to do a hard hit on your credit. I said no, I will not sign. Some young man walks in barely introduces himself says we don't want to run your credit yet, we're so close we just need you to sign this saying you agree to these payments, I said you can't tell me anything about payment because you don't know the interest rates. He again says we don't want to run your credit yet. I just listened to him. I barely spoke at all just listened. Until he proceeded to tell me ok " we don't seem to understand math". I understood perfectly and I understand fraud and high pressure unethical sales tactics when I see them too. I said I will not stay here and be insulted and called stupid. I left only to find out they did in fact run a credit check. They ran it while I was there and tried to make me agree to high notes and down payment knowing what my interest rates would be or after I left knowing i would not do business with them either way highely unethical and deceptive.

You will be told nothing but lies, by the woman that has you sign your contact. I am in my late 80's and never been treated that way before.

I purchased a 2014 Infinity qx80 from them and two weeks after purchase it started making a strange noise loud wining I called to tell the service dept about it and to arrange to bring it in and was told they didn’t have enough technicians and I would need to bring it over and drop it off with a minimum of a 2 day wait to even have it looked at and by the way I purchased the extended warranty for the vehicle and to top it off I was told they had no loaners ! I live out of state and told the gentleman in service and was told I would have to have someone to pick me up because they had no loaners mind you this was 2 weeks later . My truck has been at the dealership now for over a month and still sitting outside and haven’t been touched by anyone and I keep getting told lie after lie after lie . I asked to speak with the service manager and of course he was out and still haven’t gotten a call back then I asked to speak to the used car sales manager and once again he was out and still no return call. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with any dealership and I have vowed to tell every person that I know to NEVER do business with these people !!! They are dishonest, manipulative and have absolutely no integrity after the sale ….. Oh by the way my truck is still there and no one has touched it !!!!!!!

After trying to charge an outrageous interest rate for a credit score above 800, they slipped in a tire warranty in the closing. Because we were so exhausted from having been there for hours it slipped by us. We noticed after we had completed the deal. Our salesman said it was no problem that they would refund the money. They never refunded the money. When we inquired, the manager told us that the salesman lied. He said they never refund money for the tire warranty, that it was mandatory. They also charged us for a license plate when we told them we had a transferable plate. It took 8...yes EIGHT months to get the registration. They lied and told us they had problems getting it from out of state. We have ways of checking and this vehicle was local. One year later we are still trying to get refunded for the license charge. Needless to say we have purchased 3 more vehicles since and did not and will never again consider ORR Nissan and neither should you.

Expedition from this dealership 5 months ago. The vehicle was always a little squirrelly through curves, with one instance where I almost lost control on the interstate. Turns out they sold me a vehicle with blown struts on the rear suspension. From the amount of caked on dirt and oil on the struts it was obvious they had been blown for a while. The dealership did not inspect the vehicle before selling it to me. I purchased new strut assemblies and asked the dealership to install them for me, on their dime. They refused. In fact they even refused to install them with me paying for the installation. For those that don't know, the install is simple, 3 nuts have to be removed on top of the assembly and 1 bolt on the bottom; 20 minutes each. I'm a disabled war veteran and am not physically able to do the repair myself. In short, beware of these guys, they take no pride in their profession, they just want fast easy money with zero concern for your safety.

Customer service is always so amazing. They smile and treat you like family here. Love how laid back this place is and not pushy.

deceptive. I went in around Halloween. My salesman showed me a 2003 F-150. My salesman was cool. Management was the problem. The salesman told me it was $3,200+ttl. He gave me a price sheet with all the costs. So i agreed upon the price and said give me a couple days and ill be back with the cash. He text me a day or so later. His manager said the price had gone up to nearly $5,000. He apologized and said he understood if i was no longer interested. I believe Orr Nissan managers and the Orr Family engage in deceptive sales practices. Their needs to be an investigation into this business.

I bought my Nissan in 2009. I knew what I wanted. I had a completely paid for trade in that was 5 yrs old and low mileage in excellent condition.. The vehicle I purchased had been a demo that one of the sales people drove. It had 2200 miles already on it, thinking I'd get a better deal on that one. When I was out in the lot looking, I had a hard time getting someone to assist me and I felt it was because I was female. I'd see them walking over to a couple or a male by himself. Finally I asked for help and got a reluctant salesman. I never could get exact figures (price of the new vehicle and my trade in). When I went into the negotiating room, I was dealing with the salesman and the person assisting with financing. I had told them what I expected for my payments to be (what my budget could afford to do) but I did not want to finance over 60 months. It was doable, I had been researching this for several months. By the time I got out of there, I thought we had reached an agreement we were all happy with. Later I discovered it was financed for72 months that they couldn't explain some charges but stated all vehicles have this charged. I still don't know what I got for my trade in. I did end up loving my vehicle and the service dept was extremely friendly when I brought it in. But, this kept me from going back. I do feel like if I had been a male, they would not have treated me in the manner I received.

agreed upon price was the sticker price minus the $1000.00 Nissan rebate. I did not really look at all the paperwork for a few weeks but when I did I realized they had added a $987.00 "addendum" fee to the price. I called my salesperson and was told different things at different times (1) I don't know what it is (2) We add it to all cars (3) I don't think you paid it and (4) Ask the finance department. So I went in to ask the finance department and I was told that it paid for some oil changes and tire rotations. I later found out these were free and I never got an answer about what the $987.00 was for. I think it was dealer profit. The dealership refused to tell me what it was for so I currently have open investigations with the Louisiana Motor vehicle Commission and the Louisiana Attorney General.
