To start, the wait time to get an appointment was ridiculously long. Then, the staff in the service department seemed indifferent throughout the process. They didn’t offer any specific service recommendations—I had to come up with my own suggestions. After my car was ready, my service advisor didn’t even go over the inspection findings or provide any summary. In short, the experience felt impersonal and underwhelming.

service dept. forgetting to bring me a car for my oil change. I had to call when they didn't show up at 10:00 when they were supposed to be here. It just got worse from there, they said they would send someone right away, he had to turn around in Bernalillo due to the engine light coming on in the loaner, ok, nobody bothered to call me so I waited an hour and then called, found this out, waited another 40 minutes for the driver. I had meetings across town with people waiting for me, really stressful, no communication from service dept. Was supposed to get my car back next morning by 9, no one showed, no call.. nothing, called they said that evening, so rude and not communication. The people I speak with are polite but none take accountability and just make excuses for the lack of follow through. Love the car but dread getting maintenance done with this shop, it's always a nightmare.

check engine light came on for the third time during trip. We called Mercedes Benz abq. From the minute we got the sprinter desk at the dealership, Javier directed us to come in. He and his team fit us in without an appointment and diagnosed our problem. Told us it was covered and part would be in the following Monday. Once the part arrived they fit us in to their work flow and that Tuesday we were on our way. I was not pressured to buy any additional financing products or warranties. I was treated very well and all my questions were answered promptly with honesty. I would gladly do business with the dealer again.

I was impressed that we were able to get service on our motorhome on short notice and the Javier went out of his way to help and make it happen. Only problem - it was promised to be finished in the morning (supposed to start on it at 7:00 am) and when I called and texted Javier at 11:30, 12:00, and 12:30 to find out status I got no response. I finally had to call the main number and get to the service department who put me on hold for over 20 minutes before Javier answered. The service was completed and paperwork finalized around 3:00 pm which forced me to change my travel plans for the day.

The service tech, Robert, was very helpful in diagnosing my issues and suggesting a fuel cleaner install. I have noticed much better performance since my visit.
