service dept. forgetting to bring me a car for my oil change. I had to call when they didn't show up at 10:00 when they were supposed to be here. It just got worse from there, they said they would send someone right away, he had to turn around in Bernalillo due to the engine light coming on in the loaner, ok, nobody bothered to call me so I waited an hour and then called, found this out, waited another 40 minutes for the driver. I had meetings across town with people waiting for me, really stressful, no communication from service dept. Was supposed to get my car back next morning by 9, no one showed, no call.. nothing, called they said that evening, so rude and not communication. The people I speak with are polite but none take accountability and just make excuses for the lack of follow through. Love the car but dread getting maintenance done with this shop, it's always a nightmare.
