absolutely shocked at how much they charged us for a new key fob to our family’s minivan that was unfortunately lost in the holiday chaos. Not only was the price astronomical, they gave us a reasonable quote over the phone and then added on an extra $200+ of service fees and charges when it was all said and done and then we still had to pay a tow company to bring in our perfectly running van so they could program the fob. We are now out over $600. Granted it was our mistake for losing a key and we were willing to pay some to fix our mistake but could not believe the price for them to push a few buttons on a machine to program a key 😳😠

competence of this dealership. I went for a simple oil change, also had alignment done at the advice of the dealership. Came back with a smoking vehicle that I ended up having to sell for next to nothing. Honda may not have caused this original issue, but many issues that followed didn't exist prior to this visit. Won't be back.

team & sales manager have 0 integrity & credibility. We negotiated an “ out the door “ which includes tax, title, tags, & fees, then proceeded to the finance dept to negotiate the terms and sign the paperwork. A few days later my wife was looking over the paperwork & said the figures didn’t add up. They had tagged on a $1695 HOM package, & a $799 Documents / Processing fee. When I went back to the dealership and spoke with them about it, they could not find the buyers agreement with the figures we had negotiated ( how convenient ) . They refused to do anything about it. Now, I fully understand why car salesmen, sales managers, & dealers have such horrible reputations as liars, and cheats. It was well deserved.

Service department replaced blade on drivers side. Replacement for passenger side was out of stock. Shop promised to call when replacement was received. NEVER CALLED. Recommended wheel alignment at first “complimentary “ service T 10,000 miles. RIPPED ME OFF!!

Stan Quevedo went above and beyond anything that I have experienced with any other dealer in my 40 yrs of car buying. The type of car I wanted was in high demand. Toyota kept me in the dark, like everything was a big secret that I was not allowed to be privy to, and kept leading me on, telling me that my car would be there in this month, and then telling me it would be the next month. This went on for 4 months before I was fed up and went across the street to Honda. Stan was open and honest, and kept me in the loop. He sat down with me and showed me the spreadsheet of what car were being built and when. Let me pick out a car off the list that I wanted, instead like Toyota told me which car I would get. I would definitely return to Honda and I would definitely find Stan and give him my business.

I went back to Stan because he was very accommodating and listened to my wants the first time. I went back in and he hooked me up with a Honda CRV newer model with low miles and better options. !! Stan worked quickly to ensure that I received my vehicle in a timely fashion. My new vehicle had not yet been delivered to the dealership when I found it online. Stan was so helpful in taking a deposit over the phone to hold the vehicle for me. Once my new vehicle arrived at the dealership, Stan had my vehicle ready for me as quickly as possible. Stan was very personable and helpful with the car buying process. I can genuinely say this was the best experience I have ever had in regards to buying a new a vehicle - and I have bought several new vehicles over the past few years. Stan was very helpful in answering all my questions in the days prior to my car arriving at the dealership as well as the day I picked up my new vehicle. Stan also has all his customers sign and date a baseball bat after you purchase your vehicle which was really special. I would highly recommend Stan as a salesman and am very thankful to have had the opportunity to work with him!

Craig and were introduced to Brett. We are in Nashville, so we wanted to negotiate pricing before making the drive. All went well and we agreed on pricing before showing up. We test drove and noticed a couple of issues we requested to be fixed. They agreed and fixed everything as promised. When we went to pick up the vehicle, we realized another issue, and they quickly addressed it and took care of that as well. Overall, was a pretty good day at a car dealership for us. I would definitely do business with them again.

This dealership kept repeating to me what items on the car do like I was stupid. I knew more about the model car I was looking to purchase then the salesman did. It was a negative experience and I will not be going back. I also waited 15 minutes past my appointment time before my salesman showed up. Go somewhere else.

Quevedo. He went above & beyond to help. I was a couple of hours away and couldn't get in to see a vehicle I liked until later that week. He send me the specs, videos, and pictures of the vehicle. I did end up buying the car from him and got to sign one of his Philadelphia Phillies bats! Stan really did go above, beyond, and out of his way to make me feel comfortable. He has even checked in a couple of times since the sale. I highly recommend Stan!

gone any better. Stan Quevedo took a lot of time going over all the special features of my 2019 Honda CR-V. I have not bought a vehicle since 2007, so I was not familiar at all with all the technology features on the vehicle. I was going to have to go get an emissions test when I left the dealership, and Stan said he would take it for the emissions test, so I wouldn’t have to deal with it. That was not his responsibility, but he took time out of his day to do it. Great Customer Service
