team & sales manager have 0 integrity & credibility. We negotiated an “ out the door “ which includes tax, title, tags, & fees, then proceeded to the finance dept to negotiate the terms and sign the paperwork. A few days later my wife was looking over the paperwork & said the figures didn’t add up. They had tagged on a $1695 HOM package, & a $799 Documents / Processing fee. When I went back to the dealership and spoke with them about it, they could not find the buyers agreement with the figures we had negotiated ( how convenient ) . They refused to do anything about it. Now, I fully understand why car salesmen, sales managers, & dealers have such horrible reputations as liars, and cheats. It was well deserved.
