absolutely shocked at how much they charged us for a new key fob to our family’s minivan that was unfortunately lost in the holiday chaos. Not only was the price astronomical, they gave us a reasonable quote over the phone and then added on an extra $200+ of service fees and charges when it was all said and done and then we still had to pay a tow company to bring in our perfectly running van so they could program the fob. We are now out over $600. Granted it was our mistake for losing a key and we were willing to pay some to fix our mistake but could not believe the price for them to push a few buttons on a machine to program a key 😳😠
