My salesman, Zack, was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't pressure me at all. They worked with me on my trade, and when my credit union couldn't work with me, they secured my financing at a better rate. All in all, everyone was great. Thank you Heritage GMC Buick!

First because convenient and close to my home--but then it was also the care and personal attention I got from the same employees over the years! Same sales JR on my vehicles -same financial man-Brad --who is now service manager and I always stay with same service Rep-Sam. I cried when John Left--But Sam has taken his place. They always take care of all my needs on vehicle and make sure its done right and take care of me taking me home etc... They even remember personal things about me from year to year and ask me!--This is how a dealership should be!-especially when their clients are loyal to them! I will always stick with them and the vehicles I purchase. Brad--5 stars as the financial Dept and now service manager--hope he doesn't go anywhere!

We can drop our vehicle off and it’s back within a couple days

Everyone there is very rude people. They wouldn’t even shake my hand or hand me the keys after buying a truck. Had to pick the keys up off the desk! Also tried to low ball my trade in by 7k from another dealer.

No surprises. No pressure to buy add ons. Overall it was an excellent experience.

story! The guy I spoke with asked for my information and stated your tire is covered. I drive by multiple tire shops and go a day with riding around on a donut cause I work far. I get to the shop the next day and it’s now idk who told you that but the tired is not covered. The tire is damaged. Well no ish! Thats why I'm here to have it replaced under warranty! Its a brand new car and its popped! The guy was very rude! I left!

He was responsive and understood my concerns. My vehicle was fixed and returned. I only wish they would have put it through the car wash as it was returned dirty (rain and subsequently dust all over the car). My car is garaged so it stays pretty clean.
