I wanted in a vehicle with LOW MONTHY payments! I walked into the dealership without any expectations and drove away with a nice truck.

We had a pick-up in our possession to switch our personal items and an appointment to sign papers within 2 hours and they called and sold it out from under us and then asked if we could drive it back to them the 30 miles. The salesman lied to us and then asked if we could bring it back. We have never had good service with Hamilton and now we will definitely never use them for sales or service of any kind.

better get it checked out. The service tech didn’t ride with me over two or three minutes to determine what the problem was. By the end of the day these guys had me up and going. Traveling back to Texas we had engine issues. This dealership’s service department guided us from the time that we called them about 20 miles outside Clovis to the repair completed the next working day. They even drove us to a local restaurant and picked us up during our wait on the repair day. Friendly, courteous service and a knowledgeable service department made it un unexpectedly pleasant experience.

Tim was great! Honest. Never pressured. Did what he said he would do. Treated us with respect. Tim was very professional and answered all our questions.

I had to transfer funds from another account to my local checking account, for the down payment. The transfer was going to take up to 3 working days, this was on a Saturday. I was told the dealership would hold my check for that time frame, unless I called and let them know the funds were in my account earlier. I checked my account on Tuesday morning and discovered the down payment check had already been deposited. Fortunately, the funds were in my account, so there was no bounced check. There was no call from the dealership to let me know they were depositing the check. I do not appreciate the fact that the dealership did not keep its word nor did they contact me to let me know what they were doing. Carl Michael was the salesman and he went above and beyond to try and make things right.

I had a great experience working with Shawn and Tim. Easy to deal with and always a great quality product. Any questions I had they were right on top of and had great feedback.

Rich found the exact used vehicle we asked about and gave me a call the day it was traded in. (I thought we were safe, as i had been pretty specific.) Between Rich, Warren and Brady in finance, the experience was less painful than it could have been. (I filled out less paperwork when I bought my first house.) We were treated with respect and treated well. Not saying yours will be, but our experience was exceptional. Give these guys a chance to help you out.

I was buying my first car. So I would have been easy prey for a salesman looking to just make money. However my salesman, Johnny, was as helpful as could be getting me exactly what I asked for in my price range. I would definitely go to him again.

When you pay $60,000 for a Ford F-250 that is advertised as Ford tough and 70000 Miles later it starts to fall apart starting with the exhaust tip going into limp mode constantly then the transmission short-circuits when you go through 2 inches 3 inches of water then for some unknown reason the water pump decides to go out now the latest the transmission somehow or another came up missing three or four quarts of fluid it seems as though every time I taking it in for routine maintenance months down the the road something major occurs I'm tired of the BS never mind the fact that I purchased extended warranty from Bumper to Bumper premium and now they're saying that it's not going to take care of the cost on this latest Fiasco.

I can not stress how great my experience has been because of Frank Leal. My husband was out of town for TDY and I took my car here to get the AC fixed. I did not get treated any different because I was a girl and had the greatest care! He helped me use my warrenty and got the best deals for me! Not to long after another issue arose, I called and he got me right in and got it fixed. He is very professional and made my experience GREAT! I will never go anywhere else!

There are a lot of great reviews for this dealership, unfortunately we did not have a good experience with them and would caution anyone who is buying from out of state against using them. This is a long review, but the short of it is that they sold a car we were driving 7 hours down to pick up while we were on the road to them and had already confirmed with them they took it off the lot, figured out financing, etc. We both took a day off of work to drive down, rented a car, and did everything they recommended (and all within half a day) as far as financing, registration, etc. I guess another salesperson at their other dealership sold it sometime between when our sales guy stopped working on it at 9pm and he got back in at 7am. And now the long version: We have been looking for months for a specific car (Mercedes Sprinter) and finally found one at this dealership in our price range and in great shape. The sales person we worked with was very friendly and helpful, we won't name him here as we don't want to affect his business but suffice it to say he seemed like a genuine guy. So our issue is that we agreed on a price, financing, had them take the car off the lot, and were told to come down to pick it up the next day. We planned our 7- hour road trip from Denver to this tiny town and even rented a car to drop off in Roswell and drive the new car back. The next day, 2 hours into our roadtrip, in our rental car that costs $150/day because we booked it the night before, we get a text from our sales rep that there's an issue. Long story short, 3 hours later it's confirmed that another sales rep at a different dealership somehow overrode our purchase order. Apparently the owners and managers all met to discuss what to do and we did not get the car. We have emails and phone calls confirming it is our car and did everything they asked of us and very promptly. I have no idea how something like this happens, and our sales rep said he's never seen anything like it in 28 years. I guess our mistake was taking their word that the car was ours. We have wasted an entire day that we took off of work and cancelled our fun weekend plans to drive down and pick up this car. I cannot express how frustrating and powerless we have felt through this, we did everything they asked of us. I would not recommend this dealership at all. If they tell you they'll hold a car for you, do not trust it. What they did was unprofessional, untrustworthy, and just greatly disappointing on a personal level. We will also be reporting them to the BBB.

I was in town visiting family whom were the interested buyers. In listening into the information provided as well as the sales representatives customer service, I found my visit to Clovis to be a positive experience. Lani gave much needed knowledge and professionalism throughout the entire conversation while visiting the dealership. In my experience car salesmen do not always listen to the customer and rarely talk about the financial aspects in regards to buying a car so it was refreshing to hear the amount of care she took given my families situation. I would definitely consider buying from her in the future and will absolutely come back to Clovis to make that purchase! Professionalism, quality knowledge, and amazing customer service!

I went to Hamilton Big Country Ford Delearship to trade in my car. It took me a few days to figure out what car would be suitable for me and financially. Ms Lani was very professional, caring, and knowledgeable throughout the entire time. She didnt rush me to make a spontaneous decision and she made sure my visit at hamilton dealership was comfortable. I am very satisfied with my brand new car and very satisfied with my car payment.

I bought a new Ford Explorer XLT with 202A package from Hamilton Ford, Clovis NM. I spent about a week negotiating the right price for the accessories, color and interiors that I wanted and in the end got everything that I wanted at the price that I thought was reasonable after having done extensive research, test drives, and after having received numerous dealership quotes. I also used Edmunds and Truecar.com for comparable rates in my state and guys over at Hamilton Ford honored my final quote. Overall I am quite pleased with how they handled my business. They were polite, courteous and answered all my questions. They had to put in a special order for me and I waited for about three weeks before the final delivery could be made. My only advice is to do your research, establish contact with an internet sales manager, negotiate- and in the end if you like what you are getting then go for it or else there is always another dealership.

Being military we had just moved to the area and decided on this dealership. Besides the fact that they made us purchase a warranty or pay $2000 the cars check engine light came on 5 days after we bought it. We then took it in to get serviced.. it took them over a week to fix the sensors in my car and then when my car was done they didn't contact me to let me know. Almost two months later we had to take the car in again for the same problems .. Hamilton told us they couldn't read what was wrong with my car and that because they didn't know what was wrong we where responsible for paying for our own rental and towing the car two hours away to Lubbock to get fixed! so on top of paying for the rental that is covered by our warranty ! we had to pay for a trailer to tow the car! when we got to the dealer in Lubbock they told us that they get alot of cars from Hamilton because they don't know how to fix cars and just want to hand the work over to someone else. Turns out the warranty they forced us into buying didn't even cover what was wrong with the car even though it was a bumper to bumper warranty ! Now every time we go into Hamilton we get dirty looks and stared down because they know how we feel about their service. I wouldn't recommend anyone use this dealership UNLESS you are buying a new car and are very experienced with dealerships! If you are MILITARY i wouldn't even bother all they see is the price tag over your head and are GOING to rip you off. This place is absolutely horrible!!!

correctly, taking FOUR times to have my ABS problem completely fixed, then service DID NOT contact me when my vehicle was ready. At another visit, I also had to wait for two weeks for my truck to be returned to me, when it was only supposed to take only 3 days. I am unhappy with the dealership overall.
