Love Edith, a personal touch to their business. She's always there to answer your questions, help with scheduling and everything else. It's a service I trust, which can be very hard to find from what I hear others say about their dealerships. I continue to buy cars from this place because of the excellent service and Edith. I love my 2017 Elantra. I wish you hadn't changed the design. I don't care for tI he new Elantra model. I like the small, sporty look of my Elantra. I'm not exchanging it until you make something I like.

if so do not take it here. I've spent over $500 trying to get my electric window repaired, buying unnecessary parts being told that it is repaired only to find out that it was misdiagnosed and I bought parts I did not need. I have the same issue now as I did when I took it in. After being reassured by the service manager himself that it was repaired correctly. I'm not happy with this facility at all. I would hope that all their mechanics are licensed and certified. If this is not handled I will be contacting HMA and the state as well. I hope all their documents are in order. They could get a hefty fine. Not to mention three days lost wages from my job, it is a 3-hour round trip every time I take my car to them. My time is very important to me evidently it is not to them.

appointment date and not have my car serviced. You see, I made an appointment on line and I put a check mark in the box to have my car picked up and dropped back off for $50.00 dollars. I called to find out if my car was picked up. I was transfered to another number, just to find out that the voice mail was full, so I called the first number again. This time I was given a direct number to the person that would be the overseer of my car. I get his voice mail. I chose not to leave a message, so I called the first number again. The third time I got Edith Henderson on the phone. Edith was the only one who was willing to take the time to help me get the answers I needed. It turned out that no one took the time to see that the car was supposed to be picked up and told Edith to tell me that that information wasn't in the report.

I have now purchased two new Hyundai Elantras and leased two more. My wife just took a new job with a 110 mile round trip commute. She'll be driving over 30K miles a year, so an affordable and reliable car was our goal. We went with a new 2018 Elantra and she LOVES it. We got a great deal too!

I have answered all the questions in a positive response - which is how I feel about the AA Hyundai staff, They are also good checking out any concerns we might have; one of the windshield wipers was missing the top part and they immediately put one on and made sure it was working appropriately.

Our sales person was Rola Aridi. She was very good to work with and was knowledgeable about the vehicle and the entire sales process. We were not 100% sure about buying a vehicle on that day when we went to visit the dealership. Actually we were headed to another nearby dealership, but missed a turn and ended up in their parking lot (to take the U turn); and WOW, we ended up buying a vehicle. Good Job Rola! So far, we are happy with our new Santa Fe. We have not returned to the dealership for any reason yet, and hope that we don't have to do it. We are still learning the different features and sometime do get confused, because you can do the same thing from two or three different locations in the vehicle! This is not bad, it's just different. In general, it seems like a good vehicle. The time will tell.

Great experience! Stopped in to ask a few questions and ended up taking a test ride. I learned quite a bit about the model I was interested in. What impressed me was the warranty, helped make my final decision. Alex was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process!

Was attracted by the quality rating in Consumer Report; the ten-year warranty; the style, engineering, features and quality of the SUV; and the good price. Traded in my 2011 Mercedes M350. Rola and the whole team at Ann Arbor Hyundai made the car buying experience hassle free. I first looked at Ann Arbor Hyundai, then visited a few other car dealers, but ultimately ended up back at AA Hyundai because they had the best customer service, hands down.

On January 20 of this year I returned a lease car and leased another. I had a Hyundai protection plan on the returdned car. I was billed $65 for excessive wear on the car I returned. As i had a protection plan I began the process of being reimbursed for the $65. This process required that Iontact the finance department of the dealership, Ann Arbor Hyundai. Upon contacting the dealership I was told I needed to talk with a Rick Barret. On or about March 27, 2017 I began leaving messages for Mr. Barret, approximately five or six, and as of today, April 17, 2017 I have not had the minimum courtesy of a call back from anyone from the dealership. Due to the Management at Ann Arbor Hyundai, particularly Mr. Barret, if he exists, my next lease will not be with this dealership. I am fortunate th matter concerns only $65. It will be interesting to see if this review even elicits a response. Either way I will update this review within a week.

Rola and the finance employee were outstanding. Very considerate and caring. SUV was in excellent shape and we love our CANYON COOPER color. They gave us excellent directions on the best way to get back to Okemos.

Hyundai Staff in Ann Arbor was excellent. They answered all my questions with great professionalism. My salesperson took her time to go over all the cool features that the car comes with.
