This time I was given a direct number to the person that would be the overseer of my car. I get his voice mail. I chose not to leave a message, so I called the first number again. The third time I got Edith Henderson on the phone. Edith was the only one who was willing to take the time to help me get the answers I needed. It turned out that no one took the time to see that the car was supposed to be picked up and told Edith to tell me that that information wasn't in the report.
