On January 20 of this year I returned a lease car and leased another. I had a Hyundai protection plan on the returdned car. I was billed $65 for excessive wear on the car I returned. As i had a protection plan I began the process of being reimbursed for the $65. This process required that Iontact the finance department of the dealership, Ann Arbor Hyundai. Upon contacting the dealership I was told I needed to talk with a Rick Barret. On or about March 27, 2017 I began leaving messages for Mr. Barret, approximately five or six, and as of today, April 17, 2017 I have not had the minimum courtesy of a call back from anyone from the dealership. Due to the Management at Ann Arbor Hyundai, particularly Mr. Barret, if he exists, my next lease will not be with this dealership. I am fortunate th matter concerns only $65. It will be interesting to see if this review even elicits a response. Either way I will update this review within a week.
