Feldmann Imports Mercedes-Benz

39,000 miles (beautiful, powerful SUV). A week ago, the car heat gauge went red and told me to pull over as the car was over heating. I mentioned that when I brought the car in for service. The car needed a new coolant thermostat. The total cost was an absurd $3,657.98. The parts cost $1,117 and the labor was $2,400.88. Assuming the labor took 8 hours (which is generous), the hourly labor rate comes to $300.11/hr. On top of that, they charge 3% additional if you use a credit card to pay. Not sure how this place stays in business. Needless to say, I will be taking my car to a local import car specialist not named "Mercedes" in the future.

by the sales rep the car annywas clean. I went trade in the car and was informed the was in a towable accident. Very dishonest on the part of the rep. Bottom line is the trade in price was lower because of the accident. Do to my experience I will never purchase another car from this dishonest dealer. They never tried to rectify the issue. Any new buyer be wary.

bringing my cars to service I had the worst new car buying experience ever with first and Austin who seized communication . After I called again I was told he became sick the same day. No passing on the torch nothing. The with a Matt and his manager Tom ogle. Matt and Tom hanged up on me (Matt twice). I was ready to send the 2500$ payment to reserve a new ( 80k) car when they wanted to charge 75$ credit card fee. I do not pay this and that’s when they got rude. Too bad it used to be a good dealership. They lost a deal and a customer. Word of mouth spreads in our Mercedes Benz club

Told the 2nd car was lease return, clean history, certified. 3yrs later found out it had been in towable accident with front end damage. Sales person lied to us upon purchase. Contacted Feldman management, took several days to get a response. Bottom line - took a significant hit on the resale of my car, got an empty apology from management who assured me this was not representative of their practices and he would follow up with sales rep … sales rep appears to still be employed there. Lesson learned … insist on full documentation and car faxes, and don't rely on supposed stellar reputations.

I wouldn’t trust them at all. After spending hours with the sales representative, working out the fine details on a car to purchase for my spouse. They tell me right before completing financing. That someone else purchased the car faster than I did. They completed the financing with their team. My question; but how? Their response; it just happened. WOW. I would not purchase from them in my opinion.

The purchase process itself made for one of the most stream-lined and efficient purchases I have ever done in my years of car buying! Thank you Jeremy and Sam for taking such great care of me!

at Feldmann Imports. My most recent was not satisfactory. I paid $99 (hundred bucks) to have my car diagnosed for a noise. It sounds like the tech just drove it around the parking lot and couldn't recreate. You think!? How about getting it up to speed on streets? I also got an oil change. That was fine at $170+... But I later learned they're now adding a 3% surcharge for using a credit card. Seriously? For all intents and purposes, this is now effectively a $300 oil change. Oh, even though I referenced how dirty it was, they still didn't wash it. I generally LOVE the vehicles but may have to move on from them in light of the service. Especially if I'm now being nickel and dimed.

Ryan was low pressure and easy to work with. Completed purchase and took delivery of car the same day. Received follow up phone call to make sure everything was right with the car. Would recommend Feldmann.

Poor customer service skills. Rich Barfknecht, General sales manager, is very unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. He is very rude and disrespectful. Did not even bother to provide his name. Both the salesperson, Matt Sack and Finance Advisor, John Cadle, are NOT as knowledgeable about job-related tasks as expected. They were NOT able to answer our questions and were both very arrogant and rude. Will not recommend ANYONE to buy from this place. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Matt is so kind and genuinely cares about his clients. The Finance Department and experience was so smooth and quick. I love my new car and I love Feldman’s.

The service rep called me and said that the front suspension was sitting low even though the rear suspension was. I approved the service. Before the completion of the service, He quoted $5,300. When I called back to confirm the payment, He mentioned a different amount which I paid online. So when I went to pick up the vehicle, this time it was another person, and he printed me an invoice that indicated a different but less than the previous two. When I pointed out that I have been quoted three different amounts, he took the invoice back said he would talk to my service rep to clarify the disparity, but nobody reached out to me. After two days, I called the front desk, and the lady I spoke to said that she would send the service rep a message to contact me, which did not happen. The following week I called and complained that I am yet to get my concern addressed, and I requested an invoice to show the service performed; it has been a month, and still no call or an invoice, and the suspension still sits low on one side. They changed and charged for oil even though the oil sticker indicated that it was changed in a week. I have been going to this place for years, and this is the worst service and communication I have ever received. I used to work with Dan Hunt and never had any issues.

Jack and Matt made a great team. They were thorough and professional. This is our first Mercedes purchase. They listened and fit us with the best car for our needs. That was much appreciated. Once the sale was complete, Matt assisted us with the set-up for the instrument panel. Thanks to his advice and patience, it seemed simple. Just the way it should be, but seldom is. Again, much appreciated. We did not need financing, as this was a cash purchase. So that was quick. But that also was a very pleasant part of the overall experience. What a mess! Think of the worst used car lot you can think of then put a Mercedes logo on it. As a multi Mercedes owner...couldn’t be more disappointed in the follow up after the sale to fix issues. Just awful.

We had a fantastic experience once again (3rd time) with Scott Babcock and the entire Feldmann Team. Jor Cha was excellent, friendly and truly competent. A pleasant first time experience was working with Product Concierge Zachary Green. He was a true 'people person' with a great customer first philosophy. His product knowledge was deep, and he went the extra-mile in teaching us about all the new features on our GLS-450, and in being absolutely sure we were enrolled in all available programs. Sears Imports. (Sears sold the car I was going to buy to someone else---while I was test driving it!). You can tell Matt works very hard to make sure his clients are satisfied with the sales process. He sweats all the details, and it's clear he likes where he works and what he does (he previously worked at Sears, until he escaped, that is). Feldmann is a well-run, customer-centered family business, and I'm happy to say that I will be returning for all my service and future auto sales needs.

Molly. Was told the car is available, and I agreed to drive up asap (2hours). When I arrived, I was told that 'unfortunately, the car is sold'. HUH. apparently cars sell within 2 hours especially when I said I'm on my way. Afterwards, Molly contacts me saying 'we missed you, would you like to set up another appointment'. are you kidding? when I confronted them about the issue, apparently she's in 'another building' and asked if the salesman offered a similar vehicle. extremely unprofessional, especially for today's standards. Oh, on a side note, they misrepresent their cars. I searched the vin number online for the tiguan R line they listed, it is an SEL. It had been sold as an SEL in the past, and it does not have R line features or markings on the few photos they have. This drastically changes the 'true' price of the vehicle, and is not as good of a deal. It is simply to lure you in. Shame. Extremely shady dealership. I've done my fair share of shopping around in the area and this dealership is truly the worst.

Wife brought her AMG in for brake service & Manufacturer recall work. After inspection my wife was advised her rear tires were "bald" and needed immediate replacement. Subsequently, my wife called me and told me what they said about the tires being bald. Knowing the tires aren't bald or even close, I immediately called the service advisor and asked for an explanation. Service Advisor reiterated the claim of the tires being bald. I requested Feldmann's complete factory recall work and not do the brakes or replace the tires. Feldmann's attempted to sell 2 tires that didn't need replacing. Continental CROSSCONTACT LX SPORT MO BW 315/40R21 for $906.64 and alignment for another 170.00 that wasn't necessary. The service manager called and left me a VM saying sorry you feel that we tried to scam you. No, you're sorry you got! Dishonest Business Practices!

Have always loved this dealership. Took our GLK in for routine stuff. In these days of everyone being so careful I was SHOCKED that almost no employees dealing with customers was wearing a mask. Even the receptionist was just sneezing into her elbow. I like many customers are over 65. Makes me nervous to even get back into my car. Won’t be back voluntarily for a long time.
