Integrity I had a confirmed appointment with Earnhardt Lexus to view and purchase a Jeep, scheduled in advance and revised the morning of my visit. I was traveling from Tucson—over two hours away—and had already secured financing with the intention of completing the purchase that day. While en route, I was informed via email that the vehicle was being sold to someone else who had arrived earlier. At no point was I told that the vehicle might not be available or that there were competing appointments. Had I been given that information up front, I could have avoided wasting over five hours of my time and a tank of gas. This experience reflects a serious lack of professionalism and customer care. Appointments should be honored, especially when they involve serious buyers who have taken steps to finance and travel long distances. I would never treat my own clients this way. I strongly urge future buyers to confirm all details in writing and proceed with caution when dealing with this dealership.

Lexus. After shopping at a few different dealerships, we decided that Earnhardt was the right place for us to purchase our new car. David Bader, our salesperson, did an excellent job helping us select the right model. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the Lexus products and represented Earnhardt’s values in every interaction. He made the process easy and frictionless, guided me through the process and had me rolling off the lot within 90 minutes. Very excited to have a go to in David for all of my needs going forward.

Lexus in Phoenix. This is the second car that we have purchased through this dealership and the second car through David Bader. We also worked with David’s boss, Steve Bennett, another top notched, can-do individual! He helped out when David was unavailable. Love this dealership as they are very responsive and professional to all our needs. We are lucky to have them close by to our home. David is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Additionally, he is not a typical salesman. He is not one of those high pressure car salesmen that calls every other day. He tells you all about the car and the features, answers any questions and gives you space to make an educated decision based on your needs! In over 40 years of buying cars, David is the best I have ever seen! Mia did an excellent job on showing me how everything worked and set my phone up for the car. This was important as these cars are highly technical. Great experience! Great dealership! I would recommend them highly!

I dealt directly with a sales manager and we came to what I thought, in a tight supply market, was a fair deal. From there the purchase flowed smoothly through assistance from a senior sales member to meeting with the finance manager. Delivery was as promised. The car looks great and their electronic’s “guru” couldn’t have been more helpful and patient. Overall, a “NO PAIN” transaction.
