They get you in pronto, they assess what you actually need versus an upsell, and if something comes along, that’s out of the norm it’s carefully explained. Bottom line, if I could afford it I would buy a brand new car from them. Fortunately, my 10-year-old model is running fantastic so I don’t need one!
