I dealt directly with a sales manager and we came to what I thought, in a tight supply market, was a fair deal. From there the purchase flowed smoothly through assistance from a senior sales member to meeting with the finance manager. Delivery was as promised. The car looks great and their electronic’s “guru” couldn’t have been more helpful and patient. Overall, a “NO PAIN” transaction.
