I am not satisfied. I left my new Telluride for an oil change on Sept. 28,2024, and my car was hit on your congested parking lot. The service manager told me they're not responsible for accidents on the property and not once apologized. Although they did repair the damage, I am highly disappointed with the service dept. I was also told that the camera did not catch how my SUV was damaged. Had I known that service was so rude and uncaring I would have never purchased from Dennis Eakin.
