They did not have the one I wanted but Tommy muller did everything in his power to get me the one I wanted. Within a few days I was getting a call that he had it, and it was at the dealer. Being in the auto body business myself I was very pleased with the professionalism and care that cowboy kia has for their customers. I would recommend them to anyone I know wanting to buy a kia and to ask for Tommy. He was an amazing salesman very genuine and not pushy like some car salesmen are. ! Car had 5 miles on it, they can’t find the window sticker. But they did manage to over charge us by 1,545.00 which wasn’t noticed till I printed out the contract. We got that back, then we canceled the extended warranty in March, we just NOW got credited for it. Charged us 3,394.00 for aftermarket b.s. which we did NOT sign for and according to Marc the general manager, it’s an option. Tried telling us that they provide a “real spare tire “..they gave us the exact inflatable tire that I already had in it. They’re a pathetic lying company and it begins with their general manager Marc. Marc also wrote on my google review for me to contact him via email. I did and have gotten no response by email or the telephone call I've been waiting on since June 11, 2024. Seriously go to a different dealership. Also, if you go to the manufacture's website....you can build your vehicle the way you want it for about the same price if not less than Cowboy Kia.

Arriving for our scheduled appointment, Mark was right there, greeting us like we were family and sitting down with us and finding out our needs. I have purchased KIAs and used service at EVERY Kia dealership in Houston and surrounding and they were all so bad that I had almost given up hope on KIAs, even though I love them, just because I have had such awful dealings at all dealerships. Fast forward to now, where I was going to give the very last dealership a chance, even though it was quite far from me and that brings me to Cowboy Kia! They have exceedingly restored my faith in not only Kia but now knowing I had a 100/10 dealership that I can count on for not only purchasing, but for everything after the purchase as well, which let’s be real is so important, yet after you purchase most dealerships don’t treat you very well! NOT the case with Cowboy! 🤠 They have exceeded my expectations on every level. I purchased two top of the line Sorentos on the same day and never even stepped foot in the dealership! From the moment I had my first interactions with Cowboy, I knew it was going to be different and felt like I was just dealing with an old friend! This is the very first time that a dealership has done EVERYTHING they said they would and then some! Their sales department was amazing and so is their service department, who also did everything they said they would and then some. I was given a fair amount on both of the Sorentos I was trading in (which I also bought on the same day 3 years ago at a different KIA dealership in Kingwood/Humble area, who charge $6,800 over MSRP, treat you terribly and lie about everything) and the experience at Cowboy 🤠 was night and day different. Not only did I not step foot in the dealership to buy their cars, they gave me the offer and stuck to it on mine that I was trading in. They had a salesman and the KIA guru both drive the new cars to me and then make sure I knew what I needed to know before swapping keys/cars at my house. I also did all of the paperwork/finance remotely and it was also an amazing experience! Please do yourself a favor and avoid any other KIA dealership in the Houston area and go straight to Cowboy 🤠 KIA! This was my 6th and 7th KIA Sorento purchase in the past ten years and it is the first time I’m happy about everything!

An absolute beautiful EV. Its loaded with technology and safety features far superior to the other brands minus maybe Hyundai. Kyle gave me his personal number and responded timely to all my texts. I never felt pressured at any point which is why I came to Cowboy Kia. I read many reviews regarding their low pressure style. I'd have bought from Carvana on elsewhere just to bypass a pushy salesman. Kyle was wonderful and deserves some praise. We love the car and already took a trip down to Galveston and back!

lookinh for vehicles.I came across Kia and recalled their 10yr/100,000 mile warranty so I went to the local Kia dealership, Cowboy Kia in Conroe. I was met in the parking lot by Jeremy Milam. After explaning what I was wanting, he showed me a vehicle that was exactly what I wanted, however at that point I hadn't yet sold my leased pickup. By the time, a week later, after I got that sold, I called Jeremy back. He said the one I looked at was sold but he had one that had more options than I wanted, but I wemt by to look anyway. The Kia Sportage he showed me was exactly what I wanted, plus a few more options. It also had a unique color exterior. After just a bit of negotiating, we finally came to a down payment but a little more than the monthly payment that I wanted. In short order Jeremy came up with a number in the range I wanted. I bought it on the spot, It gets 38 niles per gallon, with a 360 camera and so much more, including a sunroof. I drove it home that night after completing the financial information and after signing they let me take it home and come back the next day with a check for the downpayment, which I did. Jeremy definitely went the extra mile in helping me finalize the deal and he was super easy to deal with. No running back and forth to the finance dept.. Just once and done. I love the way it handles, I love all the options, and I'm happy with everything else. Jeremy was the greatest!
