I told the salesman and the Sales manager ( Freddie) that I di not want the Red truck I was showed and He brought me back in the dealership and went over number once again and said we are dealing on the gray truck. Once all was said and done he tried to put my in the wrong truck ( Red Truck). He was very rude when I stated that was not the truck I was buying. The finance Lady was very nice and helped me out. I was told by several personnel at the dealership that his was not the 1st time this had happen and they said they were sorry. I don't think I will do business with them again. I would like to talk to Mr. Billy Woods himself and discuss the action that took place that day. SO Mr. Woods if you would kindly call me so we can have a conversation it would be greatly appreciated.

I was asked after being told that they would make me an appointment in a week on a potentially serious problem .... why can they not find me on Facebook??? I don’t understand what me being on Facebook has to do with the service that I need. I will use Hixson in Alexandria like in the past and I will never do business with Billy Wood Ford again. The first thing I said when I bought the truck was how important service after the sale was to me . I was told I would always get a loaner and was promised I would be taken care of. That was a year and a half ago and I have yet to even be fit in for an oil change on my day off. Very rude people.

My son recently went to Billy Wood Ford In Jena La, he purchased a vehicle and had a lot of trouble with the vehicle. But the problem that he had with the vehicle was communicated and then fixed.

Saturday I went to Billy Wood Ford expecting to be bombarded by pushy salesmen like it had been at other dealers . It was raining and the nicest salesman , Toby Spillers , came out carrying his umbrella . He ask if he could help us and when we pointed to one we liked he even agreed to bring it in their shop out of the rain for us to look at . At the other places we looked we had to stand out in the rain . Toby Spillers and the crew at Billy Wood worked hard to give me the best deal they could . I love my 2018 Ford Escape and completely satisfied with the process made easy by Toby & Billy Wood Ford ! Thank you Toby Spillers .

My son recently bought a new Ford f 150 from them. The sales person was nice but knew nothing about trucks. It's a good thing my son knew what he was looking at. Then , they are in a major hurry for us to take the truck with us home so they can make a sell. My son took it home and went to his bank the following day being we live 1 hour and a half from them. He personally brought the check back to them and they were supposed to put him a inspection sticker and a 60 day license on it before he left since they let him leave with it the day before without it. Well, the license plate[ temporary] was a 5 day and they never put him an inspection sticker. Well, when he went to get his own inspection done they told him they couldn't do it on a 5 day tag.. he called them and they told him they would overnight him a 60 day tag and I was listening and heard this also. Well, it's 3 days later and he still does not have it. When I called they said they couldn't overnight it and I was wondering if they could have taken the time to call him to tell him this but they didn't. They've already made a sell so that's all that counts in their book. NEVER BUYING THERE AGAIN!!! Oh and also he got pulled over by a state trooper for no inspection sticker. Thank goodness that the trooper led him slide when hearing the story. When someone purchased a new vehicle they expect these things to be done by the sales staff so even though it was overlooked by my son until he was pulled over it wasn't his responsibility it was the dealerships to put the correct tags on before he left for the second time.

My wife and I researched several vehicles we were interested in, and easily browsed the online inventory before scheduling a visit/test drive. Once I entered my information regarding the specific vehicles of interest and requested an appointment, I received a call from Lucas within a matter of minutes. He filled me in on what was available, and listened patiently while I filled him in on what we were looking for. Upon arrival at the dealership, we were quickly greeted by Lucas, who made us feel at home with his easy going personality and understanding of our expectations. We easily narrowed our choices down to two possibilities, and after an extensive test drive, had the "right" car picked out. Now that the easy part was out the way, we moved on to what I typically dread the most ..... the negotiations. Having done our due diligence in researching our trade-in and replacement vehicle, we felt we were well informed buyers, and were confident we get the best deal available. The "haggling" commenced, but was by far one of the least stressful car-buying experiences we've had thus far. We were able to negotiate a fair price for our trade-in, and feel we paid quite a reasonable price for our very gently used 2016 Edge. Once that was completed, off we went to the business/finance department, where we were again, highly pleased. The closing process was quick & painless, with no high-pressure sales tactics, and were helped to easily understand all the fine details of tax, titling, registration, and financing. It was over before we knew it, and we were off to enjoy our new Edge. Our overall experience at Billy Woods Ford could not have been any better. Lucas contacted us the following day to ensure we were satisfied with our new vehicle and the service we received. We would be happy to recommend Billy Woods Ford to any of our family or friends, and am confident they would receive the same outstanding treatment we did. We look forward to visiting there again when it's time for our next vehicle.

Billy Wood Ford sold me a flood vehicle for premium. I brought this to their attention and tried to return it less than 24 hours and they claimed I owned it when I left the lot. Only rating a one star because any less was not an option.

Accidently locked my keys in the truck a couple of blocks away from the dealership. I have the added roadside assist from ford, so I called the dealership. I was told they would charge me 500 to tow it, regardless of the road side assist I bought there. Salesman told me to "call the city police. They might open it for you". They did, but that's not their job!

Bought a used car at night. Was not informed of any defects. Car had no freon, inside door handle loose, chips of paint hidden by license plate holder front, scratches, no lug lock socket, and dents. Salesman was as sleazy as they come. Several honest dealers within 50 miles. Buyer be ware, this place is a ripoff.
