Except the sales department management all lazy people all chatting personal stuff while we are waiting for 6 hours for trade or lease results from them to Jose the manager and we end of applying in TESLA And got the approval within 3 minutes while we are waiting from sales department. Unbelievable how this management let go a good customers just like that easily they probably don’t care if they can get sale or not. If they really want to sell they will take it seriously and not wasted our time waiting for 6 hrs until we give up because we see them just chatting we don’t know what is the wait for 6 hrs if TESLA can give decision right away. So disappointed we love Honda but this branch is unbelievable

when I went in, they didn't have the part. They also fired the rep, taking no accountability. They kept my car all day and didn't tell me that the didn't have the part until I asked near the end of the day.

I traded in my 2022 Honda Pilot Special Edition with only 12,000 miles on it, and the payoff amount was low. Without any hassle, they handed me a basic Honda CR-V Hybrid. In my mind, I thought I scored a great deal, but that wasn’t the reality. I realized the truth when I tried to get another vehicle for my son. The same salesperson who once treated me so well completely ignored me. They weren’t even willing to match a simple advertised price. I left feeling disappointed and misled.
