Answering any questions I had and in arranging for me to pick up my vehicle, Tommy Win was responsive and personable. Great attention to detail and the delivery date for the vehicle was early in the delivery window I was provided. At the dealership I appreciated the efficiency of the paperwork process and also the friendliness of everyone I met there including Tommy. Even though I was a first-time Toyota customer, I felt valued as though I'd bought many cars there over the years. My expectations are generally high, and Findlay Toyota exceeded them!

purchased the Tacoma, Emilio was super helpful in placing the order, scheduling and paying, and allowing me to Uber back & forth to work while Toyota worked on the vehicle. First experience with Toyota's service department - and look forward to continuing to use them as our Tacoma needs service over the next few years!

No hard sales pitch or extras trying to upsell. Always great to get an uber back to work and then picked up to be returned when car is ready. You guys always have the best customer service and i hope it continues.

Coffee stations offering free hot chocolate, variety coffees and teas. Free cold bottled water of course. The maintenance service on my car was great and completed very quickly. What not to love?

Kopman, who was very helpful and efficient. He has been with Findley for 13 years which speaks well for his knowledge and people skills. Green service was completed within an hour.

blowing hot, hybrid failure message, ruptured fuel pump and other error messages. My Venza was taken in right away and my service advisor (Kevin) called an Uber to take me home (free of charge). The following day I provided my extended warranty info and all repairs were completed the same day. Very good experience! Kevin was awesome to work with.

good. Paying 250.00 for service a little bit more expensive than I expected. Changing a turn signal light for 99.00 was way more than expected. With that being said, at least I know the service was done correctly.
