Ben was extremely professional, attentive, and very knowledgeable. Excellent service. If I didn’t live in California, I’d likely buy from them again! But Ben even helped with shipping my car!

He made the buying process smooth, was very accommodating, answered all my questions honestly, and I never felt rushed/pushed. I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone I know looking for a Porsche.

In his initial response to me he used a lot of words to say that my issue was not his job and he basically just doesn't care and referred me to PCNA. They did then have to inform him that it is his job and he does in fact have to care. We are at the time that I was initially quoted 6-8 weeks and I still can't even get any more of an answer other than basically, I don't have access to those records and can't give you any actual answers. This is of course on top of the fact that they initially sold me a CPO car that was so well inspected that you couldn't even open the door from inside the car and took 8 weeks for them to get that fixed as well. Overall, an absolutely worthless dealership. Please go to any other dealership and do not spend your money here.

would not buy from Autobahn Porsche Fort Worth. I have agonized at writing this review but the final straw was sending an email earlier this week, and when before I would receive a response from Finance (Frain Salazar) or the General Manager (Jim Morrison), now it's nothing. Purchased a CPO 2021 Porsche Cayman T from Autobahn in Oct 24. When I received the car in Virginia, purchased it from out of state, it had body damage that the shipper noticed but Autobahn didn't. Called and after 2 weeks of back and forth they agreed to fix the issue at a local body shop of my choosing. Fixed it and all is well but I was without my new Porsche for one week. Additionally, the dealership has failed to provide the CPO checklist that I have requested numerous times. This leads me to believe it was either not done well or not done at all. The CPO process and package comes at a premium and is the only reason I bought this vehicle from the dealership...(Buyer Beware) I've been waiting for my registration now for 3 months and have not received it yet. Temp tag expired on Dec 17, 2024 and since then I've been unable to drive it or risk the possibility of getting ticketed. I have called the dealership and they have stated they can't issue a new temp tag as it may delay the registration process, mind you they don't know what stage the registration process is. The dealership, GM included, have now stopped returning my messages or emails. (Buyer Beware) Please be aware that once you leave the dealership and they have completed the sale you may or may not getting the Porsche experience and customer service we all pay for and hope to get. Finally, I write this review knowing that it will undoubtedly anger the dealership and most likely increase the lack of inattention or care to my situation but I feel morally obligated to inform other individuals who are deciding on whether or not to do business with Autobahn Porsche. (Buyer Beware) (UPDATE) Dealer eventually rectified the problem, only after I involved Porsche North America.

Ben Morales. The process was more or less smooth and I have little complaints about the inquiry process, but little complaints still mean that there are things that should be worked on at this dealer and by Ben Morales. I won't get into too much detail, but to sum it up, fees are not transparent, at least not until you can get a hold of the manager. The salesmen should be working harder for the customer and following through with what they say. Too many things said but not enough follow-through. If you're an out of state buyer, I also wouldn't trust what the salesperson says in regards to any imperfections. Vehicle was delivered with two small dents despite the salesperson saying there wasn't any. My fault for not seeing the car in person.

My Cayenne required service, and I could not attend due to military duty. However, Andy personally ensured all necessary services were accomplished with detail, perfection, and completeness. He left his card for me and encouraged me to contact him to discuss the work or any other questions I had. Andy was thorough, and his wealth of knowledge of Porsche vehicles is impressive. Couple that with his superior customer service and communication skills, and one understands why Autobahn Porsche always meets customers' high expectations. Several weeks passed, and upon my return from duty, my key fob had a dead battery (which allowed me to learn firsthand how to use the process for such events). It was late in the day, but I needed to address this as my backup fob was unavailable. I arrived at the dealership at closing but was cheerfully greeted by Christopher Phillips, whose first words were, "Thank-You, Sir, for your service!" I graciously expressed my gratitude and then explained my issue, and he immediately sought to take care of me. Christopher was soon joined by Hunter Hoffman, who detained his departure, knowing I required assistance. Hunter tactfully introduced himself, also thanked me for my service, and quickly resolved the issue with my defective fob, with Christopher's support. Afterward, both Christopher and Hunter asked if I had any other questions. Respecting the late hour, I stated I could return later, but both of these outstanding gentlemen listened to a service request I needed. Then, each of us walked me over to the Service Department, where, of all persons, Andy Owsley was still present! When I introduced myself, Andy also thanked me for my service with a great handshake and smile. This allowed me to personally thank Andy for his excellent support and convey accolades to Christopher and Hunter for their current excellent efforts. I also thanked them for the impressive customer service and articulated my service request to Andy. Andy quickly responded and got the ball moving, despite it being well after closing. During my military career, I have been Blessed to have traveled worldwide and meet outstanding people, learn about many cultures, and even experience firsthand the Porsche experience in their homeland of Germany. Returning to the US and still seeing this level of excellence does not come as a surprise. Still, it makes me grateful to the exemplary staff and excellent vehicles of Autobahn Porsche! I would be remiss if I did not mention David Morrison, GM. David has his office situated so that everyone who enters this exemplary dealership can see him clearly, so for many, he is the first face most customers see. This is not coincidental, as David prefers to be in the open, fully accessible and available both for customers and his staff. This is a unique approach as most GMs tucked away further into their respective dealership. David also greeted me, thanked me for my service and genuinely offered his assistance---but that was unnecessary because his outstanding staff took care of my service requests! communications. They offered a good deal on a certified Porsche. The dealership provided free transportation to and from the airport. Nice, clean facility. The negatives: The vehicle was not in the condition I was led to believe. As I traveled many miles to purchase it, I asked for a thorough and comprehensive examination of the cosmetics before I arranged a full day of travel. Multiple requests were made to do this. I was assured one blemish would be rectified. Upon seeing the vehicle it was clear there were several defects that could only be resolved by a body/paint shop. The dealership would not correct these defects. I declined to purchase it and flew home. I feel I was misled by the condition and the promise to correct what was disclosed. I now see the dealership has raised their asking price by an amount that I estimate would correspond to the price of the body/paint work needed. Thanks to the employees who transported me to and from the airport. Otherwise, the experience was a disappointment.

checked in, everything was explained, and on my way out of their way until the car was ready. This visit, I arrived without a loaner reservation to find the car required additional scheduled services that meant a longer wait than anticipated. No loaners were available so I asked about a local rental car. As they were giving me directions, someone returned a loaner early, the service writer made that available and I was able to reach my appointment on time. I finished my appointment about three hours later, just as I received word that my car was ready. Michael had everything ready when I returned, and I was on the road home quickly.

I called on a Wednesday to schedule a service visit and whoa!, there was an opening the next day. I spoke to Zack about the needed service, he answered all of my questions and the service appointment was scheduled. Zack called me several times keeping me apprised of timing and when I could pick my car up. Autobahn just continues to exceed my expectations - and three cheers to Zach and the Service Department.
