00 on my last 2 visits to get my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee repaired and informing Bri that this was my only means of transportation, the dealership could not provide me with a loaner car for the years that I have been a loyal customer to Dick's and purchased my 2015 Jeep from the Dick's .Since my appointments have been made weeks in advance, there should be a loaner car available to me and for spending the amount of $ for the repairs, the dealership should have provided me with a loaner car.
