No pressure, educational, and easy! Tim Jellison was an awesome sales consultant. What I learned about Kalispell Ford is, they list their best price, there is no negotiation. That definitely took the pressure off! We purchased a Certifited Preowned Vechile and noticed an issue with the front bummer. They said they would fix it and they did, although it took a couple of weeks. I have dealt with shady dealerships before, not the case here! With every experience there is good and bad. It took a while on the financing because there was some miscommunication, the person doing the financing was new and they were busy. In end though, it all worked out and I got the terms and rates I wanted. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another vechile from them in the future!!
