fed up. The sales person I worked with was great until the deal was done and he got his commission. After that he ignored my messages and calls. Then i had to schedule an appointment to get the bodywork done and fender flares put on (that I didn't want). Was told by their service department that the work should take 1-2 days to complete. I called on day 4 only to find that they had no idea whether the work had been done or not and that they would find out and call me back (still waiting for that call). I really wanted to enjoy my experience and return for business but I just don't feel great about the situation. Customer satisfaction should be rule #1!
