is a joke,to get a return call on info on the services and a price so I CAN schedule is a " NEVER HAPPENS"! I think they do it that way so they don't have to honor their warranties, bc you never get a routine check up on time! Don't expect they are gonna help you with a car they sell you! I called for an estimate on my 15000mile check up so I can schedule it according to my pay periods and they won't call back or answer it at the schedule desk, so I'll have to go somewhere else or be late on my routine check up!
