the staff was laid back and helpful. Braden made me an expresso and we discussed the issues. They even made sure the vehicle I drove it was safe until I could return to pick it up. While this service level of service may be standard here, I had a much less positive experience a few months back at another dealership in the St. Louis area that I will not throw under the bus. The car I purchased was exactly as it had been described and they got me a fantastic interest rate. Thanks Eric S
