Mark Swarm came out immediately to greet us and walked us through the lot on a chilly November day. We indicated up front we were just looking to compare BMW, Mercedes and Infinity. Mark was willing to take time with us and explain the options with the BMW X3. After a test drive and Mark explaining all the features, we decided on the spot to buy the X3. I truly appreciated the dealership not putting pressure on us and the ease of how they operate. Carlos Holmes was fantastic as he walked us through all the details with regard to operating the navigation system and features of the car. Andy DeVine was very efficient and had all the paperwork ready when we came to finalize the purchase. This is our second purchase with Newbold and will not be our last.
