All calls go to call center, no one to assist you but and empty desk when you walk in. When you finally get help they are in no rush at all took over 3 hours to value my trade and get numbers. Manager Chris was sneaky and flat out a liar. Agreed to my offer said he would send revised numbers in the AM then backed out. Also asked for 1000$ non refundable deposit! His own sister store told me that’s illegal in NY? And I should report him to the owner!
