This is my 5th Outback and I would not want to drive any other type of vehicle. I am especially grateful to Mel (Melissa) Nowak for her exceptional kindness and professionalism at a time I most needed the help. My husband was in Hospice care at Beaumont Hospital Royal Oak and I needed service done on my vehicle. Mel arranged to have me dropped off and the vehicle delivered back to the hospital which allowed me to spend more time with David. She did this without me asking for any favors. She is a true asset to the Subaru Service Dept. and I consider her my friend.
