I was sold a Lemon that I had to figure out on my own. This was suspension on the shocks when I mentioned of the bumpy ride I was told it was that I had it in sport mode by of course the sales man all care about was his sale car was constantly moving to the right..It was weird for me to believe because it was a Cadillac Escalade they should have a smooth ride. So when I finally took itin they said they could not sell because it would cost a lot to fix. Costing $7,000 So they gave my money down back and said to come back in 2 weeks once fixed to purchase again but BUT! The price will be a lot more than what I had got it for. They didn’t feel bad or try to get us something else to make us happy. I had sold the vehicle I had before so was left with no vehicle at all. They promised a rental to at least get me to work but never called. Once we tried calling them there was no answer . We haven’t heard back from them again. I repeat I will never go there or recommend this dealer to anyone. If you do go make sure to take a mechanic don’t trust them they are snskes.
