with Lee's Summit Subaru was one of the worst experiences of my life. Long story short. I had my 2011 Subaru Outback taken to this dealership for repairs. My engine was overheating. They had my car for a week, I had to call almost everyday to figure out where they were at with my repair. They had replaced my timing belt, water pump, head gaskets, etc $3000. Sucks but I needed it repaired. Thought I would have a brand new car essentially with how much was done to it. Car didn't feel right when I got it back. So, 2000 miles later I am stranded on the side of the road, engine shaking. Took my subaru back to dealership where they said I needed new heads, repair is $4000. Uhh what. I just had my head gaskets replaced and what not. Was told this new problem had nothing to do with the repair two months ago. Took to another shop where they said that it was in fact due to something Subaru had done improperly. I contacted them to see if they would fix what they broke and nothing. Please do not use this dealership for repairs! Coming from and honest hard working woman!
