Since going to a Dealer for service at times may not be consistently good. It really depends on the technician you get. But my experience SO FAR, with NICK, has been excellent. Any issues I may have he addresses them and makes sure things are done right the first time. I must complement him on his customer service skills and his demeanor. He is truly an asset to Matt Slapp. I hope in the future my positive experiences continue. Thank you Nick
